Nice place to visit. Pool out of service. And no manager on site 9 out of 10 days. It is a mobile home and RV park. They could do really nice things. Pool is being worked on after a year 11/24-11/25. I hope they make it. Personally I love the quiet bit got to move on.

We leased here for three years, but by the final year, our experience had seriously declined. Despite repeated promises that the pool would be repaired, it remains unusable. Every time it rains, the area floods, and the pond, once a peaceful feature, has dried up—its waterfall completely nonfunctional. Water outages have been frequent, and the water quality is terrible—undrinkable and stains white surfaces. Adding to the frustration, management was absent onsite for months, leaving residents without proper support. Payments must be made online, and there’s a $30 fee for that—unless you prefer to mail a check, but who really uses checks anymore? Due to these ongoing issues—and multiple incidents involving two residents nearby (one with frequent ambulance visits, the other who screamed, shouted, and hit a golf ball into our RV and truck, causing damage to our property)—we decided to leave early. When I reached out about our deposit, I was told it was forfeited because we ended the lease prematurely, despite the conditions that prompted our departure. The lease was signed based on promises of a functioning pool, a secure and pleasant 55+ community, and clean water. Unfortunately, the reality has been far from that. The area near the RV section where some intoxicated individuals congregate is unpleasant and detracts from the community feel. I never received any follow-up on my deposit refund, which seems to be how management operates. Driving by recently, the pond had water from recent rain but still no waterfall, the pool was empty, and flooding persisted on the streets. Overall, the community was fine the first year but has steadily deteriorated. I can’t recommend it in its current state. I also see that someone posted that Chris (the new manager) is supposedly making positive changes. I saw no changes today and she is the same person who ignored my deposit return stating I didn’t complete my lease. I gave this park months! Well actually over a year, to correct the issues. NOTHING was repaired AND they even raised the rent while amenities went to zero. Super disappointed since Chris acknowledged in our initial email the quality of living there was subpar and I have that in writing. We did pay July rent as noted. So that’s a lie.

I'm giving a 5 star now since we got a new manager. Our last manager didn't do anything for this park. The new girl is awesome. She has already fixed a few things in just a couple of days. Chris brought in her own maintenance man and getting this place in shape. Hopefully we will be able to keep her. She is going to be good for our park. Every one was looking to leave here. Thank you Chris for ur help already.

***** LET'S CLARIFY, THERE IS NO POOL/ NO AMMENITIES ***** DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! As of last week, the pool is now open. This past month, there is a new manager on site, and things are definitely starting to look better. He has started to repair the damage done by the previous manager. I am hoping this continues and the old manager not return. As of today, March 14, 2025, it seems that my review is the only one with NO reply from the management 🤔🤔 I guess they can not respond to facts. The management is a disgrace and should be embarrassed to take responsibility for this park. PICTURES SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES, February 10th, 2025, notice for unpaid lot rent taped to front door. Lot rent has been paid, minus lawn service charge of $34.83, I was away for the holidays and returned December 28th 2024, lawn service company has not been here since and from my cameras, they were not here in December. I am wondering who is pocketing the lawn service money as services have not been rendered. Edit, Funny how Barry got a response from the park, very suspicious, Barry Washington is a very fake review, he has obviously been paid for a 4 star review. Management is HORRIBLE, POOL NOW HAS ZIP LOCKS ON THE GATE. Update January 4th 2025, all pictures are accurate as of today. NO amenities, club house is locked, no gas in the community grill or fire pit, NO POOL since April with no explanation, yet, lot rent went up 75.00 a month 🤔. NO MANAGEMENT ON SITE, NO PHONE CALLS RETURNED. So, here it is, December 29th 2024, no response to inquiries, management is very ignorant. I would love to sell but with the park offering NO amenities they advertise on their website, it will be hard. Do yourself a favor and stay at a reputable rv park. I did ad a photo of my January statement, rent went up over $75.00. Update October 22, 2024, Not one response back from management or corporate office with numerous messages left, today I have posted pictures of the bocci court and the over grown pool area. I have NOT received one response yet, very unprofessional business ethics. Update September 2024. Ok, I was here checking my place in July 2024, the pool was DOWN, I just returned, the pool is still DOWN, I wish my place was mobile because I would definitely move it some place else. If you are a snowbird looking for a heated pool, this is not the place. The pool is heated sporadically and not to a comfortable temperature I go to a few friends complexes with heated pools so I know what other places consider heated. Club house is locked majority of the time, lot rent has gone up over 220.00 a month in 2 yrs with zero improvements. Forced to pay for lawn service that is horrible. I was told wifi was included, it is not. Rent keeps going up and service keep going down.

I stayed at this park for 2 nights last week. It was the WORST experience I have ever endured. No one in the office. Assigned campsite that was already taken by long term camper. One bathroom which needed a code that was not provided. Campsites were cluttered with junk from past campers. Warning from health department concerning water contamination Need I say more? One star is too good!

I recently visited my sister again and still no pool since last April no other amenities the club house which use to have games have been thrown away pool table is pushed in corner and most of the time is locked then found out about 18 yr old maintenance boy has been charged with 3 counts of animal cruelty waterboarding and throwing cat out of a three story window as seniors we feel nervous in the park this park has severally gone down hill since my visit last winter there were 2 beautiful fountains now it is just a delapidate mud pit I would not recommend this place to anyone

No pool. Mud pit pond . Rent is way too high. They know when you rent that seniors are on a fixed income. Then they raise the rent every year until they take more than the senior citizens entire social security. The water is undrinkable. Showers and pools have been closed for years.

I visited a Friend here a couple years ago. I liked the park and I am now ready to relocate to Florida. I went to visit a couple months ago and my intention was to find my own place . The place has gone down hill . For me a pool is not an option! It’s a must have ! She informed me that the pool has been closed since April 2024 and it was never heated . The Bocci court was a disaster and we couldn’t get into the clubhouse. Then she said her lot rent went up . I will look elsewhere and nobody there should be selling their places with amenities.. There aren’t any !!

A very scenic and quiet place to call home or just travel through with your RV. The location, 1 mile from I-95, 1.5 miles from all the shopping anyone needs and 5 miles, as the crow flies, to the beautiful Atlantic coast. Kelly, the manager, responds to situations without hesitation and ensure the grounds are kept clean and neat. The heated pool and pool deck are newly refinished and are awesome for those hot Florida afternoons. The newly poured sports court is still under construction but hope to see it finished soon. I would highly suggest looking this place up on your travels to Florida.

I can't say enough good things about this resort. The resort was clean and very accommodating. The front desk could not have been any more cordial than they were. I highly recommend anyone in the area to stay here.

In regards to Legacy Manager Kelly. I have observed Kelly since the time she has been in this position and find her to be highly competent in all phases of her job description. Conducts her self in an outstanding professional manner when meeting residents. Secondly, Maintenance Marcus is always highly proficient about being on the job on time and taking care of whatever needs to be done to maintain the high quality of the property. Very personable in dealing with residents in order to assist them with situations on their lot. Thirdly, I have been a resident in Enchanted Lakes since May of 2014. I am truly well pleased in the property up grades. Esthetically as well as useful the upgrades meet my needs exceptionally well.
