Bestiful, clean and so very friendly. Great place to relax with all the amenities you could need. My coffee maker decided not to work and they were kind enough to loan me one and drop it off at my trailer door.

👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The "Country" version of the Riviera! Highly recommend for quick overnight and / or multiple nights. We had to stop here to get our tow vehicle serviced by a highly recommended shop. See review for "Mikes Transmission" if interested or in need. The couple managing the property is really friendly and helpful. They take on "Ownership pride" in the campground as managers, and it definitely shows. Rates at the time of review were $50 or less. Water, Septic with 30 amp or 50amp service pull through, back in, and tent sites. This is a really well maintained campground (Good Sam, Military/1st responder discounts offered) with pull through, back in, and tent sites available. A quiet, peaceful setting, pool, exercise room, driving range, horseshoes, volleyball, croquet, loaner sports equipment, and laundry. Amazon, UPS, USPS, and Fed Ex Drop/pickup location for guests. Minutes from shopping DT Ephrata: Walmart, Safeway, Ace, Bargin outlet, RV parts store, and more. There is great ditch management road nearby for biking to town or just a ride next to cool mountain water irrigation ditch with high plain desert views.

If you see that golf cart coming thru, beware! Expect to be harassed, over dumb things such as things not being able to be outside of the RV, but waaait it gets better. If you look around, you’ll notice OTHER people have items outside their RV, UNDER their RV etc.. The atmosphere feels very discriminatory and unprofessional when you make a report or comment about the staff. It’s highly noticeable @ LORI 🫵🏽 Not to forget, they do not charge everyone according to their policy. Be sure to be on their GOOD side, or you might get a unexpected bonus fee 😎 This information was provided from a member of their office team - Let’s make sure we charge ALL tenants appropriately! Ex. If you have 4 cars and motorcycles, let’s make sure we charge accordingly guys. It’s unfair to be charged for 1 pet and 1 truck, meanwhile we’re told that other tenants live without ANY fees for their 4 cars and 3 dogs LOL. It’s surprising that members of YOUR office team even notice the discrimination against certain tenants. Very unacceptable. Does everyone get background checked and screened ?? Or does that only apply for those who LOOK to fit the description? 🧐 Lori is the ONE, you do not belong in a management position. Every future resident there will be notified of your weird energy. Enough with the bs favoritism. Let’s involve a higher up manager to dive further into this issue. I think it’s time for a nice audit on your lack of management professionalism and integrity. Since then, we have abruptly packed our stuff up and left. NEVER staying there again. Where’s the manager Tana? Let’s have a discussion, please and thank you!

Lori plays favorites around this Rv Park and charges people $10 for someone picking up someone else and dropping them back off. my sisters came to pick up my daughter and i to go swimming and dropped us back off here, left right after and charged twice for them JUST coming to pick us up and drop us off. Debbie was awesome to us, she isn’t in the office anymore but Lori is . so be careful she PLAYS FAVORITES and doesn't charge everyone the same price for vehicles and pets . Lori is a horrible office worker and throws attitude to those she doesn’t favorite .

Very nice park. Well maintained, looks like they have lots of long term campers, but they are all well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rates were reasonable, lots of amenities, too. Convenient to the nearby town of Ephrata. I would certainly stay here again if in the area.

Total mess in the back! Had reservations and when we arrived we were shocked at the spot they assigned for our stay so we immediately left and got our deposit back. I would not recommend if you have big rig , up front wasn’t bad but the spots in back are trashy.

Derek is one of the best landlord your ever going to get reasonable prices and there always working on the property to keep it perty vary strict about 5mph through the RV park

This RV site is a rarely find with full hookup available during the winter in the region. I stayed one night and was very satisfied with the facility, and the Wi-Fi signal is good too. The most important, the site manager is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here again.
