Poor place to live. Can't seem to do anything they said they were going to do. Landlord dont help with fixing lot space or if there is power or water issues he says he will fix it and its never done. Poor management and lack of respect for its tenants. I recommend not to move here or stay. Not worth what you pay.

It's ok place to stay but it needs too be closed up around the park to look better for traveler's and residents to stay !!!

So far it's been good people don't mess with you and just let you be. I moved in a week ago and it's been very quiet. Only thing I would change is adding a decent size area to it for kids to play and a 2-3 shower house with free or very cheap washers and dryers for tendents use only.... Maybe set it up kinda like a motel so you have to enter using a key of some type. You get the key when you sign a lease. Has a very great view of the mountains

The lots are a good size with enough space for a camper and three full size sedans. It’s a relatively quiet place except for the mornings when people are leaving for work which is to be expected. Lots of working people for the various projects going on in the surrounding areas.

To whom it may concern I just wanted to say a few things about esquire estates park in castle dale Utah. My name is Josh Barnett and I was park manager for Carl and jenny Jacobson in this park from 2011 to 2015. It was a tough job but at the same time very rewarding. I feel privileged to be able to live in the park again I really have missed it. I want to say that Mike amber and crew have been doing a great job at being park managers they are very kind respectfull and understanding people and I personally think they are doing a fine job. Change can be a hard thing to accept for some people. Please tell them to keep up the good work and to always keep a positive mind. Again I am super stoked to be living in the park again and excited to see what the future holds for this park.
