My dad lives in this park. Place is not well maintaned. Water is terrible, you about need a 4x4 to get up and down the roads, many empty lots never get mowed or cleaned up. Cops show up 3-4 times a week for all the drug houses and other reasons that are there. If I could move dad's home out of there I would but he is stuck in there and has no opton to move.
