This little RV park was fantastic! Well thought out campground with long pull thru RV spots; nice tent camping spots also. The covered stalls set up for horses is very nice, and our boys were able to enjoy a 2 acre turnout just adjacent to the park. Beautiful views, dark starry skies, 5 min from Kanab and services! We loved this quiet little spot. The owners are wonderful!

Great experience - Sandra & Marcy were kind hosts, the campsite was quiet, and the place is thoughtfully put together. Location is perfect to explore various parks such as Zion, Grand Canyon and Bryce, as well as Kanab. Would recommend & return - enjoy!

We found the stalls were large, covered and clean. Water for the horses was easily accessible. The trailer pull throughs were long and easy to navigate. Every spot had a picnic table. Questions via text were quickly responsed to. Had I needed more info, I'm sure the cell number provided would have also been answered quickly. The views are lovely.

5 pull thru RV sites with H2O and electric hookup only. No dump station or dumpster. Rustic tent sites as well with port-0-potty. Owner is kind and knowledgeable about the area and lives on ranch off in the distance. Check in booth has waivers, yard dice, dominos, and maps of the area. Very quite and dark campsite. You can see the Milky Way. Public land access from camp ground and you can hike up the butte following some of the OHV trails. View from the top is spectacular (2.5 miles round trip hike). Oh and you can’t smell the horse stalls they are very well kept.

Ethels Hideout is like a Diamond in the rough, couldn’t have been more pleased, water, power and horse stalls. Very friendly environment and the view is majestic. I will definitely 100% be back to stay and pass the word along to others.

This place is amazing. This is where you go when you want to make great memories. The owners are some of the nicest people you will meet and are very accommodating. Definitely will be going back.

We were so happy to have found this campground! We prefer quiet and spacious sites over crowded RV parks. Ethel’s Hideout felt like remote camping while still hooked up to water and electricity… the best of both worlds. Access to Kanab is 5 minutes down the road and there are so many adventures to have in the area. The views from the campground were awesome during the day and the night sky was even more beautiful without any intruding city lights! The peace and quiet afforded by the area made for an excellent sleep. Plus the owners were so lovely and welcoming. We feel like we stumbled on a hidden gem with this campground!

So nice to have a safe and convenient place to stop and rest when hauling horses. We'll definitely have to plan a long stay this fall. They are right against public land so there's lots of red rock country to ride. We even found some petrified wood nearby.

Bare bones, but that's what we wanted. 5 RV spots. Water+ electric 30,50! Horse stalls. Beautiful sunsets. Safe and quiet. Easy access.
