Great inexpensive place to stay in Eugene. It is a little run down and many of the spaces are used by full timers. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This is a nice option for RV travelers, even with the truck stop right next to it it stays so quiet. Only problem we really had was the owner not being honest about their prices. Owner said all spaces are the same price, no matter what. Next day her husband said there is a price difference of a few dollars if you don't have a site with sewage. It's not a big difference but it's still dishonest business practices. So, my advice is if you stay here, it's best to deal with the husband, he is at least honest about their prices. Also no after hours phone number for after hours help.

This is an "ok" campground. Its pretty worn out and outdated, but has a decent price and a good location. Staff is only here 8 to 4, so issues before or after those tims are tricky.

We have been here a little over a month. We love it so far. Very nice people, very nice owners and super clean facilities. We especially love the dog park and basketball court.

When we first pulled in it felt ghetto. A lot of people live there. Some areas seemed like hoarders lived there. This was the only spot we could find at the time. Our dog barked at a motorcycle on our 5th day there, owner came to talk to us, claimed our dog was aggressive. The man was very rude. I would never stay there again. Armitage was full. Next time we'll wait for Armitage to be available when we return to Oregon.
