We are on our 3rd month staying here. This is the best RV village around Eugene. There are a few others within walking distance, but this is by far the most well kept, clean, and friendly park we've stayed at long term. Anya and John (and others) keep the place tip-top! And it is very affordable. Thank you!

I live here in my tiny house. Eugene Mobile Village is extremely clean and well-maintained. I feel safe here. The neighbors are all very friendly and the owners and staff are professional and conscientious about maintaining the facility to the highest standards. The park is close to the UofO and the many bike trails in the area. I highly recommend this as a must if you want to stay in Eugene!

Rude management. The female manager was extremely disrespectful to its residents and guests. She gave many false allegations and was extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend to live here or even to visit. I was extremely shocked with the poor choice of words I was spoken to with and the amount of disrespect I have witnessed. If i could give management a zero star rating I would.

If you have any respect for your personal belongings do not stay at this location it was the biggest dump I’ve never seen management that was so rude and unhelpful and every way possible. We drove in turned around and left save yourself the hassle pay a little extra and go somewhere else We pulled in stayed for about 2 hours then left when they demanded we stay in a spot 10 feet to small for our trailer and park the vehicle around the corner. Plus the spot being so small forced my trailer to hang out into the main road creating a safety issue.

I have been living here going on 8 years this summer. This is the only home that my two fur babies have ever known. I have seen people write bad reviews about Eugene Mobile Village. but all the reasons why they complain about the place is the reason why I'm still here. Yes they have rules and by enforce them, but that's why I can live on a street that people say is dangerous and have never had to lock my stuff up worry about my belongings getting stolen ever. It's pretty quiet around here and we have our hours from 8 till 10 at night I try to abide by them and I've had the same neighbors long enough that I can always do a sound check. So if you hear a lot of bad stuff about Eugene Village and the management. Know this that's the reason why it's safe and quiet here and as a senior 60 years old this year, I've never felt unsafe living here and that's a big deal at my age. I advise checking it out if it's a safe home you want in a trailer park.
