This RV park is right off of I-5 and it is very noisy 24 hours a day. We stayed for 3 months and liked the double site we paid for-very spacious. The office seems to struggle with systems and processes and if you stay here for a month or more a lease is required and tons of other personal information, along with proof of full-time Rv insurance. The park was clean and well maintained. Small laundry room. Game room. Pool and hot tub.

When people say the staff is friendly, THEY MEAN IT! Row and Gloria are so sweet and know a lot about the area. Apparently they're new so that's impressive! When they didn't know about something they knew who on staff would and Michael helped us find some absolutely beautiful spots to explore and walk around! These three are amazing people to be working here, truly 🙌 ❤️ you guys were so welcoming and offered us free coffee, gave us snacks, told us about all the amenities on site and then some! We even hired Luis to come wash our RV and it was surprisingly cheap for our huge rig! He washed it on site and everything! Just make sure you have cash lol 😆 it was only $160 for our 40ft Motorcoach! Overall this place is amazing! Did you know they make cookies on Saturdays?! My husband and I loved everything about this place, especially the staff that helped us!

I would’ve given this place five stars, honestly! It’s one of the nicest, cleanest, most peaceful campgrounds I’ve stayed at. The amenities were spotless, the grounds were gorgeous, and every interaction I had with the staff was wonderful… except for the manager. During my stay, I was in the office chatting with Ro, the sweetest front desk girl you could ask for. She was so welcoming, so kind, and honestly just a breath of fresh air. Then the phone rang and instead of the manager, who was literally standing there doing nothing but chatting with another employee, picking it up, she made Ro stop helping me to answer it! I was in the middle of showing her my dog, who she was being so sweet to, and it completely derailed the moment. If the manager thinks guests want to watch her stand around gossiping while her employee scrambles to do everything, she’s in the wrong line of work. Her lack of hospitality and leadership ruined what was otherwise a perfect stay. Ro deserves a raise. The manager deserves a different job.

We stayed here last minute after an unexpected trip interruption. We had no reservation and we didn't arrive until after hours, but they had a self check-in option for sites that were open, which was exactly what we needed. The sites were clean and everything was well-maintained. Full hookups and a picnic table at each site. Some of the sites had extra amenities like a BBQ, but those were full by the time we got there. There's also a dog park, dog wash station, and RV wash station. There was also a nice lake for extra ambiance. It was right off I-5, so it was very convenient, but there is some road noise.

This is such an amazing RV resort! It’s quite possibly the nicest we’ve stayed in! We did stay in one of the executive spots. It had a water feature, a BBQ, a propane fire table, and it backed up to a pond. It’s closed to a cute little historic town called Coburg. There’s a moderate amount of freeway noise, but nothing to complain about
