Kind of a forgotten option for camping. It isn't the most scenic but it is definitely quiet.

Simple camping area in the fairgrounds. Offers full hookup for $23 a night. Great for a night or two while passing through. They come and leave an envelope to make payment in a drop box. Check or money order only accepted. Right across the street from Wylie Park so lots for kids to do in close vicinity for nearly half the price of the park campground.

This is at Brown County Fairgrounds. As long as there are no events going on one can stay for $25 a night for full hook ups and $20 for H20 and power. Someone came by and left a pay envelope with us-cash or check, no plastic. The spaces are grass lined, and quiet. Off the beaten path a bit, this was perfect for our nights stay. If your just spending a night or a week, this is an affordable option.
