Landlord is terrible and only cares about money. Will leave you without heat and AC during the most extreme weather of the year. Charges hundreds of dollars for each pet you have . There are leaks in the roofing, locks don't lock, and he refuses to assist in fixing anything, we had to do it ourselves. neighbors mostly quiet, and friendly. But landlord is a slumlord who honestly doesn't care about his tenants well-being.

Joe is a mean person and say one thing to your face and does something else to your back I would not start with this trailer park. He doesn’t even allow you to have guests.

Pure disappointment. My husband and I moved into the park in 2021 and have been there up until recently when we received a notice that we would have 3 days to vacate the premises due to “non-payment” of rent, when receipts and statements have proven otherwise. The owner unfortunately is not a good person nor a man of his word. It takes months for him to fix HIS units meanwhile they spend the day relaxing and drinking on the job as well as the fact that there was an apparent increase of rent, which was not brought to our attention nor written in ink stating the increase. Also we signed a lease agreement when we first moved in and hadn’t signed any form of documentation since, on top of not receiving a 30 day notice of both the eviction and the rental amount increasing. Everything was great until he began over charging us. His reasoning he threw us out with our 1 year old son was “his feelings were hurt because of things that were said”. We are not the first that this has happened to so my recommendation is beware prior to deciding anything permanent.

This is a nice little park. So many things to like, its small, quiet, and neighbors are respectful of each other. The RV sites are beautiful, at least 25 ft between trailers, with 10ft wide paved patio and grass. Some sites have storage sheds or fenced. Its a great place to live, always quiet, Joe and his crew keep things maintained so its clean and no loud music, cars, or people. In 2+ years everytime I've called the office someone always answers, even on weekends if its something urgent. This park is mostly long-termers on monthly basis, not too much of people moving in and out. It's a place you can feel at home unlike the parking-lot RV parks that are nothing but gravel or dirt. Highly recommend. People that write bad reviews are those who were asked to leave, and the rest of us were glad for it.
