Made reservation for a night, while having our RV serviced. Within a few min we were told work wouldn't be finished that day. Called to cancel, within the hour, explained & told ok. Then got a $22 cancelation fee. Seriously, for a reservation less than an hour? Called spoke to a person, & emailed req for full refund. No return call or answer to email. Don't stay here if they treat people like this. Bad enough we had to get repairs on road. Taking advantage of us is unfair, asking our fellow first responders & senior citizens to avoid this place! They truly don't care.

We were really happy with our stay at EZ Daze. The check-in process was super easy from the phone. The spots are well-marked, and the pull-through access was incredibly convenient after a long drive. All the utilities (water, electric, sewer) were simple to connect and work perfectly. Plus, the Wi-Fi held up really well! ​I do wish we had known that the RV park property is on both sides of the street. We ended up circling near the main office before figuring out our assigned spot was actually across the street. ​The park itself is well maintained. We didn't end up using the amenities like the pool or public restrooms, but from a distance, they looked perfectly clean and well-kept. ​You absolutely can't beat the location. We were close to everything: Aldi, Walmart, Lowe's, Tanger Outlets, and countless other stores and restaurants. If you're looking for convenience and a well-run park, this is it.

We found EZ Daze on a Google search and took a chance, hoping it would be ok. It turned out to be great! We were passing through the Memphis area and had heard the crime rate in Memphis was high, so we were a little concerned. This is just a short drive to Memphis, but is a very nice park. We stayed on our trip north and then again heading back south. The park is clean and well maintained. We talked to a couple people who are long term residents and have been at EZ Daze for a few years and they love it. No crime, people left their bikes out overnight, unlocked. Big fenced dog area and they let us have a 3rd dog for a small fee. Nice Speed Queen washers and dryers that are clean, well maintained and on the Speed Queen app, so you don't need quarters. EZ Daze will be our go-to RV park whenever we're in the area.

Nice RV park with level concrete pads and easy to navigate interior roads. Decent sized sites with decent sized yards. Nice people working in the checkin process. Price is a bit higher than I would like to see.

Nice clean park, easy access from the freeway. We reserved a long spot next to the pool. We are a class A pulling an enclosed trailer. On the day of arrival we discovered they gave our spot away and put us in another spot, far from the pool and too short for our Coach and trailer. We brought this to their attention and they said "we are full, there is no where to move you to. No one else is coming today so it's okay if you stick out into the road" The next day we asked for a late check out and they charged us $25.00 plus tax for two hours. The space length information on their website was incorrect for the spot they moved us to. If your in a big rig you will want to be sure they have a spot big enough for you. You can't rely on your reservation and they didn't make it right with us.

Easy off highway. Hands off check in with map outside with our name on it. Nice paved pull throughs. Lots of long term people. Rated lower due to spots so close together we'd have put our lawnchairs by someone's sewer pipes and dog park is a water collection pit. We paid for a week for what we thought was going to be a spa like feeling as advertised on the website but should have stayed as a layover.

This is a very nice rv park located near the freeway but far enough away so you don’t hear the freeway noise that much. Sites are level and concrete. Park is well maintained with a friendly staff. I only stayed here for one night, but if I am in the area again, I will stay here again.

Great spot to pull thru and sleep. We used for rv at night. Easy location and clean, safe, dog park available. Staff was helpful on phone. Pull thru and exit from park was excellent. Will use again.

Great spot outside of the congested city. All around nice park with great amenities. Only downfall, children are allowed to run around all hours, unattended, screaming and yelling, making for a noisy atmosphere. Other than that, no other complaints!

Really nice park, very nice facilities, nice staff. Level lots, concrete, not much shade, but trees are planted and each lot had grass on our side (there are two sides, one on each side of the road). Really nice showers and bathrooms, they also have laundry and pool. I would have given this park a 5, as this was the most expensive park we have stayed at so far, except for the planes that fly over certain nights from 2:30 am till 5:30 am and that was really hard to adjust to.

This was our second stay here in our fifth wheel. Nice level concrete pads with plenty of length for the Rv and truck. Bathrooms are very clean. Quiet and close To restaurants and shopping. Will stay there again in the future.

We stay here often, when visiting family and friends nearby. Love the location, amenities, paved full hook up sites, and the grounds are always neatly kept. Having in depth experience with site assignments and guest's reservations, I think they could improve on placement of each guest according to their rig size. It takes a little work in the beginning to develop the new routine but well worth it when it works so much more efficiently for the park, and the guests feeling like they received the red carpet treatment.

Fabulous resort. The sites are all cement level & spacious. Location is easy yo go downtown Memphis & beale street. We didn't stay long enough to use the amenities that they provide. Everything is super clean & taken care of.

IDEAL LOCATION just off the interstate...if you need a place for a couple of nights - it's great. CLEAN RV park! Friendly staff, spacious sites with concrete pads. If you like to watch the planes, this is the place as the FedEx planes flew overhead!

Beautiful landscaped park with paved streets and concrete pads. Most dog friendly park we have seen. Nice pool,the hot tub was closed. Plenty of grass and space to put out the awning and chairs. Propane on site. Good wifi and cable TV. Only problem is the Memphis Airport changes its landing plan at night and you have large jets flying over every 5 minutes. Still a great park.
