Very convenient location offthe freeway. A little ways from any services other than gas and a little fast food, but a really nice park! The owners are very nice, and willing to help in any way. Cute store! The showers/restrooms are like a suite, with private bathroom. Nicely tiled and clean! The sites are not the, but spaced out enough that you don't feel on top of each other.

The Fair Harbor people were all very helpful and friendly. Mitch led us to ur site and helped us get positioned on With no hesitation or penalty fees, they allowed us to change our arrival date when we had mechanical issues that delayed us by a day.the black top pad. Fair Harbor is a great place to stop overnight and we willl stay there again on our trips to and from Florida. One thing to be aware of depending on your units length, and the electrical & water hook ups is that some of the sites require a long hose or electrical cord. We had to ask them to move us from the original site we were assigned. They moved us to site #11 solving the issue. Jack & Jamie Felty

Stood in my camper and didn't use the cabins. The bathroom was clean. Personnel in the office was polite and helpful. Informed me about the Saturday pancakes and sausage being offered. I forgot all about the breakfast meal until later in the morning. Only problem was they close at 6PM even though it didn't get dark for another hour. (7PM). I like to have an ice cream after dinner. Plan on staying there again when I am in the area.

Fair Harbor RV Park is highly recommended if you’re in Perry GA for any length of time. We had a pull thru with FHU. Plenty of space for any size rig plus tow. The sites were very shady which is a plus in the warm season. However our on board dish would not pick up and we had difficulty with their cable channels. We did have plenty of WiFi and and used our Fire Stick with no issues. The park is large and well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful! Great place to stay if you’re going to the Georgia National Fairgrounds! Only a half mile away!

We brought our own 5th Wheel camper so the “room's rating” is excellent for our camper. 😅 But concerning the campground, we love this place. This is our second time staying here on our trip to Florida. It’s safe, clean, friendly. We love to camp next to the little pond and visit the goats they have fenced across from the pond to keep the overgrowth to a minimum. We’ll be back!

This is one of my most favorite places to stay. Not only are the grounds and facilities super clean and well appointed (the cabins have nice towels, sheets, fridge, microwave, coffee pot etc) but there is a fabulous huge dog park with a nice separate area to wash your dogs, a beautiful area to walk throughout, super friendly staff who treat you with respect, plus (my favorite part!) they have pets we can visit … a pug named freddy, mules, goats, a tortoise, ducks, and marvelous frog noises at night with the beautiful lake. Highly recommend. I have stayed at both cabin A and B. Both are great.

We found this gem of a campground as we were traveling north and needed a cabin for the night. We were so impressed when we drove in and the staff in the office were so friendly! We got checked in quickly and found our cabin easily. The cabin was amazing, had everything you needed and very clean. I would definitely come back and refer family and friends to Fair Harbor!

We spent 10 months at the RV park and plan to come back every winter. It's a large park that is very well kept up. There are horse stalls, two dog parks, cabins, a fishing pond, large laundry room and more. The staff are super nice and work very hard to keep everything looking nice!

We needed a place to stop on our way out of Florida and was recommended to check them out. On our trip up, we booked a standard pull through and met the staff. They were very friendly and check in was a breeze. We walked around and saw the animals and then got some sleep. On the way home we booked a waterfront site and stayed there again. This time we got to take our time, walk around more and just enjoy the beautiful views. This is now our heading in/out for Florida stop over. Plus in the peak season for them (Winter I believe) they do frye pancake Saturday breakfast. It was unexpected and a nice surprise.

This is a good place to stay for a few days while exploring the area. Pros: Lots of room to walk around; sites aren't too close to each other; kids enjoyed seeing the donkeys and pig; they had a pancake breakfast on Saturday; convenient location; easy to get in and out; nice horse stables. Cons: Coin operated dryers did not dry clothes (tried two machines with a medium sized load - they weren't even warm after 50 min on high); site not level.

First, the place is just adorable. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, and allowed us to select a different site on arrival and check in early. Site was pretty level, easy enough to back into, and had everything we expected. Shower facilities are clean and temp controlled, so easier to use than our RV shower. The goats are great! Never heard a peep out of them over 3 days. They were friendly enough to come to fence for my partner to pet them. WiFi was very spotty at our site to say the least, but we weren't really there to be online. The digital over the air channels never picked up. Our camper has no cable hookup, so can't speak to the cable service. Pond is clean and pretty, with a great fountain producing a nice white noise background. If only the fish had been biting. We'll certainly be booking again when we have plans to be in the area.

This is the second time we have stayed at Fair Harbor. We have been impressed both times. The staff at the front desk is friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms are clean and the bathrooms attached to the office building ( the only ones that we used) were not only clean, but had huge tiled showers that were large enough to accommodate a disabled person. The shower rooms are full bathrooms with great water pressure too. The Park is huge and plenty of space to take a nice walk. There is a cute play area for kiddos as well. All around great accommodations, whether you’re passing through or staying for a few days.
