My experience and countless others with El Debbie. the secretary there, yeeeesh. My opinion is that she's always "angry" about something. What a shame!

Great place to stay. It's always very well maintained, and the gals at the front office are very friendly and helpful.

Good place to stay. Clean tidy and quiet. Easy to maneuver large rigs. It's out if town some but major shopping and fuel within 5 miles. No dog area which is odd considering how many people travel with dogs. Would stay here again without question.

Beautiful and quiet spot on the outskirts of town. Great views of the sunset and right next to the horse track if you’re into that. Nice and clean laundry area with plenty of machines. Would be much better if they added a bathroom/shower area but it wasn't a huge deal to use my own facilities on my rig. They had a cute fenced deck which was a great addition. Will stay here again :)

We stayed here for 4 nights the beginning of May 2022. The staff is excellent. The park is very clean. It was quiet as we weren't there during any race times. The spots are quite wide and long, chat base, with a paved patio, no table provided. The laundry room is very clean, newer machines, and quite spacious. $2 per wash and dry. Easy access to the surrounding areas. We will stay here again if in the area.

Very nice and clean campground the manager Bonnie, was very accommodating. My daughter needed to stay a little longer than what we originally anticipated Bonnie was real quick to find another spot and to make sure that she was taken care of. A great place to visit and stay at

The front desk people are very rude. After we arrived and paid for our space we were informed tbere are no showers or restrooms! We could not get a refund for the rest of the week even though they quickly rented the space. That is a first for us. I would not waste my money going to this park. We found a nicer park nearby.

We stayed a week due to family emergency in Prescott. Office staff at Fairgrounds was wonderful, and neighbors (lots of monthly renters) were either quiet and kept to themselves, or friendly as could be. We have a 43' class A so we did not use any amenities, except occasional walks through the park itself. There were no races at the adjacent Arizona Downs horse track. But we saw MANY antelope grazing the grounds on our daily drives I to and back from Prescott. It is some distance from Prescott, and most of Prescott Valley activity is a quick drive down Glassford Hill to US 69. But it's all very doable. Would definitely stay again.

It is a clean, quiet, and friendly RV Park. All the utilities, septic system, and facilities work well and are nicely maintained. They do allow children, pets(certain breeds of dogs are prohibited), and outside lawn chairs/BBQ stuff. The staff is always helpful, courteous, and caring. Only drawbacks....not a lot of shade, not a lot of amenities(small activity center/laundromat), and some spots are very close to SR89A so that could get a little noisy. All in all it's a nice clean short or long term RV park.
