Bonnie is the bomb - the park is fairly clean (way too much pet waste), and the spaces are large with nice patios. The park is VERY noisy partly due to full time residents who work, and that comes with the related car alarms, door slamming and coming and going at ALL hours. Many people leave their barking dogs unattended for long periods of time in their RVs. The park is also noisy due to the Pepsi distributor, Hwy 89a, BMX, Amazon vans staged at the race track, and the related vehicle traffic. More importantly, the park fails to offer common RV park amenities - there is a laundry room, but no bathrooms, showers or fitness facility - propane is available, but no ice or any other convenience items, and the garbage collection doesn't include recycling which is irresponsible. Also they claim that the park rules are "strictly enforced" - no rules are strictly enforced. Anyone giving this park a 5 star review has never stayed at a really nice RV park - it's not a 1 but it's not a 5, and it's more like a trailer park than it is an RV resort.

Assuming "rooms" = sites, this location has good sized pull through sites with full hookups. I wish the laundry was open later in the evening.

Absolutely love it here. Clean and lots of room for your RV and parking. The office lady's are always so kind and in a great mood. Love this RV park! And the laundry room is by far the best!

It's a great place to stay. It is located just out of town but near everything. They mostly do monthly or long-term rents. We had business in the area and found the park well maintained and clean. The laundry was nice, with room for a few people to do laundry at the same time.
