Our 1st time to FMR and w see we're pleased! It is a resort with opportunities for lot ownership and various casita build outs. It is quite small but has active owners. Pretty many lots for sale by owners. Amenities include a pool, owners lounge, and fishing pond (you can use electric trolling motor boats!), but doesn't warrant other amenities such as Pickleball courts.

The facilities here are very nice.. it is an ownership Motorcoach Resort so there are no rooms other than the ones you bring. It is very well laid out. People have been very friendly, and it's been an enjoyable stay. I can highly recommend the resort.

Lovely Motorcoach community. The grounds are well maintained and pretty. Friendly people and dogs. Manager has been very helpful even to the point of finding a local vet for one of my dogs.

Wow! If we could rate a 6 star we would. Originally booked for a few days and loved it so much we just extended our stay! Beautiful property, spacious lots, super quiet and all residents are so friendly. We were immediately greeted upon our arrival by Cheryl and Anthony (community hosts) and they went over all the details and escorted us directly to our rental site—Anthony even help direct us as we backed into our beautiful site. We will absolutely stay here again and recommend anyone looking to rent at a Class A Motorcoach Resort to book here immediately. Just a 10 minute drive to downtown Fairhope, AL and 40 minutes to Orange Beach, AL. We have loved this place! Thank you, Julie for helping us extend our stay here at the Fairhope Motorcoach Resort.

Definitely not a resort, just a place to park your motor coach, and pay a ridiculous price for a very small cottage in which you would build a home for the same price. Nothing to do there, you have to drive miles for anything to do

Great stay at a very nice location. Amenities are excellent. Management was extremely accommodating when we had a medical situation develop. Highly recommend. Cafe Acadiana a few miles East has great food.

We were on site 38. The clubhouse and common areas were top notch!!! Grounds were well maintained. There is a bit of construction for phase II but it should be completed by the time you read this review. No pressure to buy a lot but they are a great value being 10 min to Fairhope and 25+/- to the beach at Gulf Shores. If you are passing thru, it's worth it! 5⭐

Awesome new motorcoach resort in south Alabama. Smaller than some resorts which gives it a more friendly feeling. Well maintained grounds, clubhouse and pool. Close enough to beautiful Fairhope with a variety of shops, outlet mall, restaurants and golfing. The gulf coast is just a short drive away. Always enjoy our stay.

What a lovely place. Very quiet, serene, and friendly. The hosts were helpful and even showed us a coach house. Beautiful spot for snowbirds.
