The place is ran very poorly; I’ll share several reasons why. First, despite paying for a mailbox, I’ve had my mail returned to sender 3 times while I’ve been here - these were unexpected packages sent to me from across the country. Next, I was once told that I didn’t clean up after my dogs and was told that I would get a citation if it happened again. No proof was presented - this was a false claim, and the entire property is filled with animal feces yet a park-wide email was not sent out. If that wasn’t enough, this park is also unsafe. My husband and I have been rushed by multiple barking dogs when out for a walk with our leashed dogs. Also, expect your things to be stolen. My personal property was stolen and despite the fact that there were cameras and the appropriate measures were taken to have footage reviewed, the issue is still unresolved a month later. The manager told me, “ The same thing has happened to me before,” as if to brush the issue off. Finally, expect drama. The tenants are always fighting here - cops have been called to the property several times. Overall management is lazy and service is mediocre. Not to mention, it’s WAY overpriced considered what you get in return.

Its a RV park its very clean, it has a laundry room and a small convenience store; its a great place to park and stay in your RV.

Great travel trailer/RV campground with lots of pine trees and shade as well as many amenities! Right across the street from the LA County Fairgrounds 👍😁
