We stayed here for two weeks and had a great experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the neighbors are nice too. The park is all gravel, but it’s clean and well-kept. There’s a small trail that leads to a lake where you can sometimes see wild turkeys. The site is close to a train track, and the train usually starts running around 7:30 a.m., but it didn’t bother us at all. It’s also near the main highway, yet it’s surprisingly quiet at night. Overall, it’s a convenient and pleasant place to stay. We’d definitely come back!

Awesome park. We needed one night stay as we were traveling home worked perfectly. Amazingly you could not really hear I 25 and the park is on the frontage road of I 25. Staff was awesome. I called but did not leave a message and she called me right back.

It's the people that make this park. Gail does an excellent job running the office and Ray is a grinder with the grounds keeping. I loved the trees and the little light pollution at night. My neighbor's were friendly and pleasant to talk to. And I didn't feel squished for RV space. For me, I was looking for a place that had long-term residents. My kids are grown and I don't have pets so I rate RV parks a little bit differently than some. Being near I-25, you're going to get traffic noise but it becomes white noise at night. I will miss the picnic tables beside the pond and the vistas of the evening walks along the tracks and trails.

We are long term residents here. The management is awesome, and super friendly. The people that live here are vary friendly and everyone respects each other. There is a nice pond our back that you can just kick back and enjoy a little fishing. The trees in the park and mature and offer plenty of shade and gives a nice view. There is laundry, showrooms and restrooms on site. 30 and 50 amp hookups. Water is clean. Plenty to do within waking distance from here. We really enjoy living here.

For an RV park it's great. It's near my job and everything else is less than 10 miles away. Super quiet park, absolutely love. It been here about 3 months and I could not talk anything better about it. The management is great. The owner is amazing and BI really enjoyed it. My time there.

If I could leave a zero I would. Had reservations for a lot for two months I was told that there was ample parking for my tow vehicle. When I arrived I was a day early but they seemed accommodating then I realized they charged me a extra day on top of the month they already charged me. When I moved to my spot I put the rv in so I would have room to park but the lady who owned the place came up to me yelling straighten it out or leave. So I said okay I will be in the office to grab my money. When I arrived to the office she tried to charge me a extra day because I was setting up . Save your money skip this dumpster fire…..

Nice quiet RV park every one we saw there was friendly and helpful The new owners were very nice and helpful they managed to find us a spot for a couple nights on short notice when I made a boo boo in my scheduling They are working hard on improvements and upgrades to the park which has to be a tough task while still accommodating there full timers and traveling rvers needs.Thank you to the owners and management team.

Very nice place to stay! Good rates, nice sites, well maintained, and the staff is very nice and provides excellent customer service! I will stay here again when the opportunity arises and would recommend it to family and friends!

The owner ginger, doesn't take any constructive criticism. She acts as though if you dont like it leave. Not a way to treat patrons. This place is way below standards. I see the greed. They charge the same amount with out any amenities. I would pass this park. To bad for the full timers that are stuck here. I hope the state gets involved for the infractions on health and safety.

Not really a RV camping facility. Mostly full time folks living there. Bathrooms were old and dated, stalls so small a person can barely turn around in. Any disabled person could not use them! The place is literally on I-25 with, HWY construction going on all-day and the loud roar of traffic, day and night, and train whistles 3-4 times daily. Nothing to do on the property. Oh and by the way they won't take a CC or DC, cash only. Just felt a bit shady. They also don't tell you they charge extra for extra person's, or pets till you arrive. I had only booked 2 days in advance and couldn't wait to get out of there. We've stayed at many RV facilities and this one I can't recommend.
