We enjoyed a couple weekends this summer with our grandkids at Family Paradise. There's enough to keep the kids busy from fishing, bouncy pillow, pool, and coordinated activities. They even deliver deliver great prizes to the winners. The staff are very nice and attentive to the facilities. I would highly recommend a stay here but don't stay near site C5 their dog Diesel which we nicknamed "Rooster" will wake you up everyday shortly after 7 am barking which the owners do nothing about, and every time someone goes past their site it barks as well.

The place is fine for relaxing but just the cabins are not good, you don't have AC Just a small one that just helps a little bit on high temperatures . The close washroom was not clean I have to go to another ones far away. Perfect for RVs but if you stay on cabins not good for hot days

I come every year with my family for as long as I can remember. At first there was only my family and three others, but now our group has seriously grown! I attended a Christian Elementary school in Clinton, and now most of the people from that school come and spend time the weekend with us as soon as school is let out for the summer. It’s always a blast and there’s a lot of people with more coming each year, so it gets full fast. We reserve the Hollow for six or seven trailers plus all four cabins for the few of us that do not have trailers and usually set up a tent or two for some kids. It’s so much fun. Ten out of ten for sure. Highly recommend. Very family and big group friendly.

Finally!🙌🏻 A campground who is actually deserving of using the term "resort" in their title! 🤩 And I had to drive to another country to find it! 🇨🇦 This description is widely misused by hotels and campgrounds, where I come from🇺🇸 I keep saying one of these days I'm going to develop a resort review board; RRB. I mean come on people You should have at least five activities to keep children out of parents hair and another five weekly events for parental entertainment before you are allowed to call yourselves a resort 🫢 This property actually has too many activities to list! Okay back to the review. First thing I noticed 👀 was during my initial setup when I see pieces of trash 🗑️all over my site 😖. The trash bin and recycle bin are only 10 m away🤷🏻♂️. Nothing major just lots of little bits here and there; candy wrappers, Band-Aids, water bottle caps. All things left behind by kids. But how do those kids get here? Oh and used cable ties, cut off with something sharp. These are commonly used for pop-ups and tarps on campsites. But the kids didn't cut those off and leave them on the ground ....🤔 Don't parents teach their kids to police campsites anymore? I mean that's camping 101. I picked up more than one water bottle on my walk that evening. You'll notice in my photo of the lakefront picnic table the trash all around it 🫣 This property has conveniently placed trash cans🚮 Okay back to the review 🫢. This is another large property with different streets and different areas. Some have very large double or even triple sites, while others are the typical spacing. Some are well landscaped and manicured with personality. Even the dump station💩 is landscaped!🌷 Some are just seasonal or weekend homes. It is a nice walk around the evening. There are some walking trails by the lake but remember the mosquitoes! 🦟. The dirt roads are smooth and level for the most part, and bike🚴 friendly😀. Wonderful for a morning or evening walk. Pool is clean and very nice🏊♀️. This park has the most popular activity, a bouncy pillow! Although that area was being upgraded during my visit. There's still more than enough to do for children. A magnificent building with a 📺TV lounge🛋️ and foosball and ping pong and games and books. The largest community building I've ever seen at any park! There's plenty to do even on rainy days🌦️ which seems to be happening a lot this year😑 Something I've never seen before, and apparently this is new to the park, is a large circular chair swing area with a fire pit! This is fantastic! I understand if you want to use this with your group the office will bring you out a bag of wood! Speaking of office the staff is just fantastic! Always bright and Cheerful. The office serves ice cream all day long! They even have a shopping list for you to write what you think the store should have📝 There's just too much to say about this park. Oh I almost forgot, the lake! This is wonderful. It has a beach. It has volleyball, it has horseshoes, they have paddle board rentals. They even have a floating dock with a paddle board loading station so you can board and learn how to stand up before you push off out into the water! This is brilliant. I've never seen anything like this before. 😱👀 There are several overnight RV spaces. I was the only one using them at the time. Those of you who are following me. And used to reading my reviews. You know that I rarely use five stars for a campground. I'm not sure I ever have 🤔 It's also the most pictures I've ever posted, the maximum of 50! I want to thank my PA membership for allowing me this visit which I otherwise would not have known about. And speaking of PA, where I come from 🇺🇸typically there are too many restrictions 😖which prevent using this perk. But not here, it's okay to come on a weekend, it's okay to stay more than two nights, it's okay to pay when you get here, it's okay to reserve the same day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We enjoyed a 9 night stay at Family Paradise in spot E03. It was a hard spot to back into, but we were close enough to get the wifi from the main office, so that was a bonus. Some highlights: This is the best park we stayed at for driving speed. The strict speed limit of 10 km per hour within the park ( this is a good thing!!!) is enforced in order to keep the children safe. The have lots of places to walk our dog, and lots of garbage and recycling bins throughout the park. We rely on internet as we travel around Ontario for basically everything, and we were able to get a decent Telus signal and stream off our 50 Gig unlimited plan at this park. We also found the weekend warriors and seasonal folks friendly and courteous, as well as the staff. At 1pm everyday, there is a 1 hour adult swim which we also enjoyed. Not only would we return to Family Paradise, but we are returning sometime soon!!!

Great staff and family friendly camp ground lots of activities to keep kids busy and entertained same as for adults. Showers could have the time adjusted to 5 minutes/quarter, that would be sufficient.

The park is amazing!! I recommend 100%. Not only great amenities, pool, bouncy pillow, etc.. but ...when my children and I were biking the g2g. We arrived during a crazy thunderstorm! They were so incredibly kind. Gave us shelter in their hall to wait out the storm and get the kids dry. Yay!! They're the best. Will definitely be back again 😁😁😁

Family Paradise truly is paradise. Our family traveled there initially as transient campers but decided to get a seasonal site this season. We absolutely love it! The owners and anyone else we have met are so kind and welcoming. It offers great options with a pond/sandy beach and a heated pool. It has a rec hall, 2 great playgrounds, a bouncy pillow and many other amenities. They also have a small walking trail for bikes or hikes. Definitely recommend!
