We picked Farmers Branch due to the name, however it was much more than we expected. It was our first night in a rented 26’ RV. We arrived at the park around 11pm. The owner met us at the gate and took us to our pull thru location. Then he hooked up EVERYTHING we asked him to. He was absolutely amazing!!! We even made a phone call to him at midnight over a problem we had with the RV and he walked us thur it. Showers and bathrooms were extremely clean and roomy. A+, EXCELLENT RV Park.

We love this park. Its beautiful here and Mr. Willie is awesome and has everything here. Its a really great view. Good Christian people that are accommodating. We will come back soon. If you're interested you won't be disappointed. Thank you Mr. Willie.

Nice, quiet, shaded pretty park, perfect for a one night or multi night stay. Close to Minden and some dining choices (Roma’s was great!). Willie and Marie were wonderful owners and he has lots of interesting stories! It’s next to a train track but only heard it once. You do pick up road noise from I-20 but nothing a good set of earplugs or white noise won’t block out. Go and enjoy!

Nice quiet place far enough off the interstate you dont hear it. Kind owners. Clean laundry/shower facility. Tucked into the edge of the woods with lots of birds chirping.

We loved, loved this place! It was a great find. We were needing a 1 night stay and it did not disappoint! Extremely nice place to stay. It was a clean campground, nice & clean common facilities with laundry amenities, quiet and away from the rat race of everyday life. The owner is amazing. He greets every camper, offering help takes pride in his campground. We'll definitely return!

We only stayed one night as we passed through the area but our experience was great. The park, although a different setup, was quiet and clean. The owner was so nice and very accommodating, we checked in late and he met us to guide us right to our spot and offered to help us hookup. We will definitely stay here again if we pass back through the area. *Heads up it's cash only for your fees.

On the way to the Farmers Branch RV park we came across the railroad tracks (mentioned in a earlier review also) and I’ll have to say I thought about turning around but glad we didn’t as we never heard one. Pulled in about 10:30 PM to this little RV park with a 30’ MH pulling a boat. All the sites appear to be back in but are very spacious and no problem maneuvering but Willie, the owner, made it even easier and convenient by “creating” a drive through site (102). It made it easier and stayed hitched to the boat and ready to roll on home to Texas this morning. Arriving in the dark we woke up the towering pine trees, the cleanliness and quiet of this little RV park. Highly recommend.

Very quiet but not too far off the interstate. Large trees give plenty of shade. Nice large accommodating bath house and laundry. Good management is friendly and smart. Great job with the place Mr Willie, all pro. Thanks, David K

We just stopped for the night. Willie, the owner, personally made sure we were escorted and settled into our site. While we set up he shared the history of the property. Very interesting. The park was the most quiet one where we have stayed. You might see the railroad tracks nearby on the map. Willie explained very few trains came by. During our 24 hour stay we did not hear one train!! Highly recommend.
