I have an autistic and nonverbal 8 year old son. He doesn't have the developmental skills to unlock and open doors but my other household member let our dog out and our backdoor didn't completely close. It didn't click and it was dead bolted with the lock sticking out. When I got up this morning, I checked my time and it was 6:55, went to got pee and it was 6:56 we just rolled on out of bed cuz I had to potty really bad both my son's were on the couch as they usually do and wake up or they grab the box of cereal until I feed them breakfast. I walked out of the bathroom and my son was gone, my dog was outside the door was wide open and luckily neighbors around me were outside and awake. This was about 6:57-8 my neighbor asked me to check the house again and when I realized he was really gone I called 911 5690 neighbors1 responded immediately getting in their cars, looking for my child and my neighbors found my son. It took 20 mins for an officer to respond to my home and my neighbors got my child before he got to the highway. I want to personally thank you who made that effort cuz I might not have ever got him back because we are so close to a very busy road, woods, country. I could have lost my baby forever. But because of 5690 residents they found my baby before the police did and in 25 minutes my son could have gotten 1.8 miles in any direction. I don't have alot but I know who looked and found my baby and I want to do something special for you even though I don't have much. Even if I can only do a little something for your kids and make a little gift bag of fun things I thank you from the bottom of my heal rt because if it wasn't for you I could be still not knowing where my baby is, visiting him at a funeral home. Y'all saved his life today, you are literally the reason he's alive right now. This has never happened before . he's never gotten away from me and you may have seen me and him wrist leashed together on our walks. If there is something you'd like me to do for you, any help you need anything at all please let me know. You blessed me and I want to bless you back .

Fay's mobile homes are the best landlords I have ever had, hands down. They take care of things when they need done and they don't hike the rent on you for doing so. They are fair, honest, good people to rent from and I would tell my best friend that, much less anyone else!

We owned our mobile home, we were just renting land from them. Sold the land from underneath us without telling us. They even took our last months “rent” when the property was no longer in their name. Only found out because the new owner was nice enough to contact us and let us know he bought the land. Apparently he had bought several weeks if not a full month before we were contacted by him, we only got confirmation they sold it after we reached out to them & asked if it was true.

I understand that you are running a business and that you want to make sure that your not renting to the wrong type of people but the way the lady at the counter sounded we needed blood drawn drug tested everything. She told me the same thing that she told others on here that either I needed to be at my job for at least 3 months or pay three months in advance, then told me they only rent month to month and that I needed over 2500 per month after taxes in income to live there. It's a mobile home park! You usually are not making decent money if you have to live in a mobile home, no offense to anyone who does but thats usually how it works. At any rate she acted like she was stuck up and acted like she was better than us, but I guess its because she doesn't live there. She is probably the owner because someone there was driving a brand new Mercedes Benz truck.

Seems like a nice trailer park but the woman in the office seems very judgemental and let us look at a trailer and upon return with the key not only did she ask for 3 months proof of employment but asked for our tax returns as well. I understand these people are looking out for themselves but we just got through a pandemic there are no tax returns because our family had to make money under the table to survive the pandemic! Her words were " if the government doesn't know about your money then we can't rent to you!" The government is why we're even considering your trailer park! We'll get on our feet elsewhere! Very uninviting and unwelcomed by her looks upon us.
