My family, friends, and I have been doing business with Fayetteville RV Resort since 2019 and are thrilled to see a new management team and staff members this year! The resort is very convenient to our home for out of town guests and is a nice short getaway for my daughter to enjoy the pool, playground, mini golf, and wonderful activities. The new team is top notch and fosters a strong sense of community. Everyone is warm and helpful. They have made significant improvements throughout the property in a very short amount of time. Policies and processes are now incredibly efficient and streamlined. Cabins are spotless. The property is well maintained. Feedback is encouraged. Activities are fun and engaging, and above and beyond expectations. It is obvious the staff prioritizes your experience and wants to ensure you have a fantastic stay! If you have stayed in the past and been disappointed, especially with previous management, I highly encourage you to try them now. We are excited to continue doing business with them and this resort is an asset to our community.

We stayed for 6 months here for my husbands job, the entire campground is so welcoming and always has something fun to do on the weekends. Thru the week they have multiple delicious food trucks (an added plus for a husband working on the road!) a welcoming waffle breakfast nearly every Saturday with cartoons. The park is one of the cleanest we’ve ever been too, the lighting at night is phenomenal. This is a park that you truly feel at home at, the sites are spacious- plenty of room for our 42ft toy hauler and tons of space outside for our toddler to run around and play. The pools are so nice and well maintained, as well as the on site private shower rooms. They have two separate laundry facilities which is hard to find at a campground. Every single person working at the resort is top knotch and can tell they love what they do. And they keep you updated weekly via email on events, food trucks, things happening around and any sudden changes to weather, water, you name it they’re on it. I honestly can’t recommend this resort enough and we hope to be back next year!

This was our first time here and will not be our last. The campground is beautiful and one of the cleanest I have ever seen. The customer service is top notch and everyone in the office was awesome. Our friends lost their awning from a wind gust and the maintenance men came and hauled away for them so they didn't have to worry about how they were going to dispose of it. Worth the 3 hours drive to a wonderful campground. Can't wait to visit again.

We love it here! It was easy to navigate to and located right off the highway. Everything is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. We lost our canopy to a sudden wind gust while here and they quickly helped us dispose of it (no easy feat) free of charge! If you are looking for a nice quiet getaway this is the campground for you. Thank you to everyone at Fayetteville RV Resort and Cottages. We will see you again!

We spent five winter months at Fayetteville RV Resort and had a fantastic experience. The management and staff were friendly, responsive, and clearly take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. The grounds are well-kept with spacious full-hookup RV sites, walking trails, and beautiful trees. Amenities like the fitness center, and private bathrooms made the stay comfortable even in the colder months. There were plenty of activities to enjoy—from weekly breakfasts and movie/trivia nights to lumberjack weekend and food trucks—fostering a real sense of community among long-term guests. Overall, this resort was the perfect place to ride out the winter: peaceful, well-managed, and full of things to do.

Very nice RV Park with many resort amenities. The sites are gravel pull-throughs. State of the art fitness center and two swimming pools. They have daily resort activities and occasional dining opportunities. They have a nice dog park and a nature trail. A large playground with putt putt golf for everyone. They staff are pleasant to converse with. Nearby Fayetteville offers unique opportunities to explore like World Class museums and Fort Bragg.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They are so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL and they are liars! My family was harassed the whole weekend we stayed there and they accused us of speeding just to charge us a $50 fine multiple times. The manager has a bad attitude and you can’t even have a normal conversation with her. She also approached our children while they were at the park and asked them “Are you supposed to be on our property”…..Seriously? We spent over $1,200 that weekend and had the worst experience of our lives. I warn you (especially if you are a person of color) Stay away from this place!!!!!!

We too booked for two days and ended up on one of the ‘overflow’ sites that was next to a cabin with and old boat and stuff in the yard. Right behind us is a well traveled road (55mph speed limit) and it was impossible to sleep much less sit outside and enjoy the weather. When we wanted to cancel the second day, they were totally inflexible and said we couldn’t get a refund. Let me give the owners a piece of advice: We’re big boys and girls. If all you have is an overflow lot, JUST SAY SO. We’ve stayed at hundreds of parks in the last four years, and if your booked and all you have is this trash site, let the people know. You’re trading a bad review and an unhappy customer for $40. We’re going to eat the $40 for the second day and move on instead of staying in the totally unacceptable space. Unreal.

This place is a scam!!! On 11/2/21 I reserved a site for a month over Sept/Oct 2022. 2 months after booking the site, I got a call from Fayetteville RV Resorts and Cottages. They stated there was a mistake in booking my site and raised the price from $630 to $1800 for the month! I have the original confirmation email showing the deposit I paid and the amounts. I spoke to Rachel the "manager" of the location and she was very rude. I pointed out to her the mistake was on the part of the RV park. Their website states " At Fayetteville RV Resort, we have two rules: 1. The camper is always right; and 2. If you think the camper is wrong, read Rule One again." and I reminded Rachel about this. She said she needed to contact her boss to see what she could do and she would return my call the next day. She never called me back. I called her back Feb 1 (3 months after the original booking) thinking the issue was resolved and she was very rude. I asked to speak with her boss and she refused. I told her I would like to keep my booking because I needed to contact a lawyer to see if they were responsible to honor their contract since I had paid the deposit. I got an email after the call stating she had canceled my site.

This RV Resort is run by a husband and wife team. *Disclaimer I was not a customer during my experience however A few months ago, I was visiting a friend who actually live on this property. When I overheard the woman behind the counter totally disrespecting a police officer who brought his RV to the site to refill his propane tank when she accused him of speeding. First of all there was no way she could determine this officer's speed but what concerned me the most was her tone of voice and disrespect toward this officer who I have seen drive through this RV site for years just to check on the residents at this site and one of the nicest officers you ever want to meet. To be honest speaking to anyone that way is disturbing and dangerous because you never know that person's state of mind and they may not be as calm and cool as this officer. Like the old saying goes it's not what you say but how you say it. So I give this RV site a 2 star for her rudeness and for the way she spoke to our man in blue. Not cool
