Great amenities for a great monthly rate. Two pools, laundry facilities are affordable $1. to wash, a $1. to dry and lots of activities.

Showed up to help a friend purchase a battery, they introduced me to the manager who promptly explained what had transpired. I was more the impressed with the no-nonsense direct information and utmost professionalism and genuine courtesy. Both my friends and myself were highly impressed and made comments to managers about our experience. "We Both" will use A-1 again, even though it's a significant distance from our residents. 5 out of 5 ✨

If you are thinking of an RV or park model at this park, please think again. Please make sure you read carefully ALL of the comments people have left here. There is a difference between a great park and bad management. The park itself is a great and fun park, with many amenities and friendly people that makes it that way. Things have taken a turn. If you are a new tenant within the last 2 years you will not know the difference, unless you are a chosen one, but it is not a great park anymore. Cheap lot rent with bad management does not make for a great park. We had heard of shady stuff going on but always stood up for the manager because we realize she has had a tough job. As the many years went by we found out they were right. She has her favorite people. She is two faced and is nice to you if she needs help with something, otherwise she is downright rude at times. Will scream at owners with no consideration for others around who are listening. Even showing new people through... Laws and rules not being enforced like using carports for storage and turning it into an outside patio so they take overflow parking spaces away from visitors, but ignored if she likes you, is one example. Using authority for scare tactics and never following through with threats. Threatening to contact lawyers, talking angrily to guests and numerous other issues. Reviews on this page are not really read. Someone gave a 1 star, response answer from the Park was, "thanks for giving us a 4 star". As of October, 2024, there is no longer an ASSOCIATION OR BOARD for the residents of Fiesta. This was announced at a meeting intended to be an Association and Board meeting but was run by manager, who emailed a select few. The Board did not even know until they got to the meeting. Manager controlled this aspect and it was a complete shock to everyone..it is her way of being in complete control and doing what basically she wants, which she does and can now. A lot of great residents and the Association Board being thrown under the bus. So now there will be a paid Activity Director and no Association Board to represent the residents. Manager took care of that too. She also claimed other RV parks are doing this. I beg to differ as I have checked 2 other parks out in Bullhead and they still have their active residents board. Another lie. There is now NO ACCOUNTABILITY for things going on. No one takes minutes of the Activity Meeting so residents do not know what is going on. The manager says no minutes are being taken or recorded. Luckily there are people recording the fact on their phones for proof as we do not have a secretary or Board any more. Note: Enjoy the activities, make new friends but stay away from the manager and don't rock the boat with her. She may be ill, but she is not a nice lady..you never know what she can be capable of until she does it to you, which at some point she will after a few years. We are leaving what was a great park, with more following, because of the manager. Luckily we are able to leave, others are not. JUST BEWARE OF MANAGER. SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH MOST RESIDENTS IN A PROFESSIONAL AND UNBIASED MANNER, UNLESS YOU ARE ONE OF THE CHOSEN. AND TO QUOTE HER "SHE LOVES CHAOS AND DRAMA". Terry and Rae Residents for 8 years, but no longer, we are done there.....

This place has gone down hill. Management has cut the hours of maintence to part time so repairs and up keep are lacking greatly. The landscaping is dying. There use to be an activities association that ran all sorts of events with residents participation. Management decided to end the association abruptly and is now trying to run activities themselves. Most of the 300+ residents were upset with this decision and have stopped participating. While Fiesta is still the cheapest 55+ community in the area, and has some good amenities, management refuses to spend any money on the park for repairs and improvements.
