Rent is really high. They will only accept payments through their app and it has to access your bank account. The lease has a whole lot of ways that they can evict you and a whole lot of new guidelines that we did not have under the old ownership. A lot of control issues. I am praying that God provides a new place for me to live that is more user friendly for the handicapped.

This is a 55+ resort. 2 pools, hot tubs and a lot of other amenities. Reservations required excepts cash or checks as payment.
