Really misnamed. However, they did have a space available on very short notice. Rick was very nice and did call me when my water hose broke. However, they're at least $20/night overpriced and offer nothing more than a parking spot with power, water and septic. (Note to self: call around well in advance to get the best deal.) The park is difficult to get into off Chandler Blvd. There is some traffic noise, but otherwise the park is pretty quiet.

Best place to stay should be 6 star!

I am new to RV'ing Couldn't not really tell what place was like from pictures and other reviews I read but it was close to where I wanted to be in Chandler AZ. So I made a 200$ deposit about 7 Days in advance I arrived 5 days before actual checking date so I drove by to check it out here is the run down it's a small place which is ok , entrance/exit (1. ) basically U. Shape , No Pool , No dog facilities, No restrooms/ showers , No nothing as far as eminitys as , as a newbie at pulling I trailer I didn't think I could get my 27' travel trailer parked in it , so I called and asked for my deposit back , or at least some of it trying to be fair after feeling a little misslead , here what I was told ,(" I will forward your request to the owner's ") I have yet to here anything

The most expensive RV park we have stayed. ($850/month) The owner Ricky charges every person different prices that he appears to make up off the top of his head. Some people pay less that have been there long term I'm sure.. He made us place a $100 deposit without any reason to it and has not responded to me since we moved out in hopes to get it in return. He seems like a nice guy but definitely hard to trust given our situation. It's in the most run down part of chandler (fortunately chandler is pretty nice and we didn't feel endangered by any means but it is so loud you can't hold conversation outside if you're near chandler Blvd.) Definitely would look elsewhere unless you're in dire need to stay for a couple nights. Update. After a month or so I'm getting my deposit back.

I have stayed at the Five Star RV park the last two winters. I would recommend this park to anyone who likes a small quiet friendly place to park. there is plenty of grass for my little dog and the neighborhood around the park gave us nice plenty of places for long walks. There is a laundry right across the street and quick mart within walking distance. The family who own the Park are the best. I plan to stay again this winter as I have family in Gilbert just 4 miles from the Five Star..
