We stayed for a week in October 2025 and we found the location of this campground to be perfect for what we needed. Stores and gas stations are literally a 2 minute drive, and you can pop into NYC in under and hour from here! The campground is clean and well maintained and the staff is great! The restrooms and laundry leave something to be desired for sure, but they are clean and operational. No Wi-Fi was available during our stay, and when I asked the campground clerk about it she said they didn't have it anymore. Most of the folks in this campground are permanent residents, or at least seasonal, and the campsites are LITERALLY right on top of each other. We stayed in a pull-thru site, M2, and in order to dump our tanks we had to walk into the other persons site. When the sites around you are empty, the full timers think they should just whip their vehicles through the empty campsites at 20 MPH, literally not 5 feet from your RV. There is no dog park on site, but there is a GREAT dog park about 8 miles away! All in all, not a bad place to stay!

Conveniently located near the I-80. Hookups are good. Staff (on phone) very helpful; we thought we had booked, but when we called to confirm, we had not. The lady on the phone was happy to register us for the same night, just 5 hours prior to arrival. Seems to be a largely residential park, but convenient for passers-through, like us.

When it comes to location, this place has it! There are 2 ponds on site along with a tetherball for the kids to play with. It’s quiet. If you are traveling with a fifth wheel or larger rig, be aware the lots are very close together. We were traveling with family so backing into our site wasn’t too much of a challenge. There are restaurants, grocery shopping and gas stations nearby. If you need mail delivery, use the campground address and you can pick it up from the office. If you need things like propane, firewood, washer/dryer, they have those things on site

Interesting place. Great if you have an RV hookup and they have some tent spaces - however tent place has clearly noticeable noise from nearby highway (Rt 80). Proximity to restaurants, Lowe's, Walmart.

Stayed here to be close to Centenary University for a graduation. I didn't expect much and was not disappointed. Very small, tight sites. Our site needed weed whacking and a general pick up. Full hookup was OK. Quiet. No WiFi. Very sketchy cable. Close to Route 46 and lots of shopping malls.

We stayed at this campground for a little under a year while on temporary job placement. The staff is amazing and very easy to work with! The only downside to this campground is the amenities. If you are looking for an affordable, clean, and safe place to stay, don't look any further. That being said, this campground could benefit from upgrades to shower houses, laundry, internet, and rec areas. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Nice quiet rv park, close to shopping, easy access. You can easily walk to Chillis for dinner. The people were so nice. We had a situation happen when we arrived. The maintenance guy there helped me move items into a storage unit so my rv could get repairs.

We stayed here for a night. It was a cute older campground with gravel sites. It was definitely a bit of tight fit moving around. I saw a 45’ Class A in the park so they can make it in here! We were 34’ but it was likely our spot that made it a little tougher to get into. The one improvement I would love to see is a larger garbage bin closer to the camping spots. Maybe we missed another one but we found one quite a ways from our camp. At 10:30PM we heard the bouncing of a basketball and loud voices for 30 minutes. Usually campgrounds are fairly quiet, so this was a bit of a surprise.

Very responsive via email and phone. We paid a deposit for a months stay but had to cancel three weeks before. They were understanding and graciously gave us back the deposit. Hope to stay here next year.

The Campgrounds are clean and well maintained. The lots are roomy and illuminated at night. The staff is courteous and professional and always very helpful with any assistance you may need. I was also impressed with the water pressure when showering. There is plenty to do within and close the campsite.

We were out there to visit friends but why anyone would choose to stop here is a mystery. The spaces are so close that I had to duck to be sure not to hit the adjoining trailer's bump out. Picnic table was so old that I don't think it was even safe. We are not campers but there has to be something better than this. Loved seeing our friends though!

Filthy filthy bathroom showers! Black mold all around. Two showers only 1worked. Hole in wall half expected bugs to crawl out! No soap to wash hands, no paper towels. Fishing pond covered in a green slime, promised pool only to get there & not working. First spot we checked into-no power! Moved over to empty spot-fine. Only thing positive- our site had trees to keep everything shaded. I would NOT recommend this place!

We enjoyed our 3 month stay here. The park and surroundings are beautiful and the staff is friendly. We’d love to come back!
