I didn’t go to the Flaggs RV park, but, I DID have an encounter with three people in one of their trucks. My car broke down today in a very dangerous place and three hero’s stepped in to push it out of harms way. If they are willing to help random people I can’t help but think that their resort must be amazing. I would definitely go there for a stay or book it for my relatives who visit. Thank you to the three men on Route 33 today!!

Let me start by saying I usually only take the time to write 5 star positive review, in this case I am making an exception! Absolutely the worst campground in almost 20 years of camping we have ever been to. Mike and Nancy have NO business being in hospitality. When you read all of the negative reviews, which there are plenty, LISTEN! They are quite literally the rudest owners we have ever met. They want to nickel and dime you for everything they can possibly think of, tell you what to do and how to do it, all while having ZERO amenities at this campground. No office, no store, no activity, no bath house, no trash pickup, not even friendly people. The only amenity we paid for was full hookups, and two of the campers we were traveling with-the hookups didn't even work properly. They were told to just turn on their propane! Excuse me? We get charged for everything, and the least you are supposed to be giving us electricity and you want us to burn our own propane? I don't think so. Have also never been told we are not allowed outside of our camper after 10pm. They also had to come tell us we are not allowed to have our vent open on the camper. They had something to say about everything, if it wasn't one thing it was another. The one and only thing this campground has it's the proximity to the beach and town. Zero other redeeming factors. The Harvest Host parking lots we stayed in on our way there were far more pleasant than this place. Never again. Save yourself and do not give these people your business. You will regret it like we did!

Great campground in a great location! Well managed, and Nancy and Mike are very friendly, and host multiple events through the season keeping everyone involved and included. Thank for a great summer!

Booked last 2 nights in September 1st of October for family memorial service in kittery. Saw they charge $10 per dog, per day and called to cancel over 30 days ahead of reservation. Person was rude and hung up on me when I questioned the $75 cancelation fee... we should have read the website more closely but $95 per night plus pet fees was out of our budget.

We have been coming to Flaggs RV resort for 4 years now and absolutely love it! Mike and Nancy are some of the nicest people and hard workers! The park is clean and we love the quiet hours! It’s all about location, location, location to the beach and….it’s the only park in the area that gives you 3 options to exit! You could turn right on to Garrison Ave bypassing the traffic on 1A, you could go west on Webber Rd which will give you two options, one way to Short Sands and one to the village / route 1 or you could go east on Webber Road to 1A! We love it!

First off, when we arrived with our 38 ft 5th wheel in tow at 2:15 pm we were told our pull through spot was given to another rv moments ago!😡 why ? Well you weren’t here by 2:00, we were told don’t come before 1pm nothing about before 2 or 15 minutes later our spot would be given away!!😡 so we get past that, and we begin to here the list of rules!! No outside rug! No campfire at your spot! Only in the community fire pit! No place for dogs to do there business except a 8x4 strip of grass along the road, to far for my dogs to walk without making business along the way, nevermind @2am Btw they charged 10.00 per dog per day but they better not pee on the grass!very expensive, which i was good with but you can’t do a thing! Zero privacy! Lots of gatherings day and night right outside my door! Live music one night which was actually a very good singer but right out my door!! The outside camp area was nonexistent!! Rules rules and more rules! This park is mostly live in sites and you will clearly be the outsider!! Don’t waste the high price to stay here!! We hated it!! The area is gorgeous but stay somewhere else

Nothing worse to hear as a full time RVer is “We don’t have your reservation!” Reservations were made a month earlier all up the coast of Maine and this was the first one actually made. Talked to the owner Nancy & told her we were a 43 Ft toy hauler that carries a motorcycle. She said we would have to unload it at the office and keep it parked there. She took my credit card information and told me that we could stay longer than four days if we wanted. Some campgrounds send email confirmations and some do not but I check my junk mail to be sure. We Showed up on August 1st and no reservations and no spot to put us in! Everyone makes mistakes but what made this so bad is the owner wanted to blame me for not checking to make sure I had received an email! I made so many reservations for months and every place does things differently so I was not alarmed about no email confirmation. The bad thing was that the owner was saying one thing to me and another thing to her husband or to another RV place on the phone when she stepped outside on the call I could still hear what she was saying! The owner is not an ethical person and should have taken responsibility for dropping the ball instead of blaming the customer! Thank goodness the place down the road had an opening and $30 cheaper than being packed in like sardines at this campground for a whopping $72/night!

Nancy and Mike are so personable and helpful. They provide a special touch. The campground is clean and nice and so close to York Beach, only a short walk away. I would definitely come here again. Thank you Nancy and Mike for making our stay so nice!

Mike and Nancy were great hosts. They really know how to run their campground. If you need anything they are there to go the extra mile to help. It really is a great family campground and one of our favorites.
