This was a nice campground. There are a lot of different sites to choose from. We went fishing off the dock and the kids caught a lot of small blue gills and crappie. They have an outhouse and no showers. Wood is available on the road when you come in , to buy for a campfire. Service is spotty and pretty bad here but still able to make calls or send messages.

Great campsite if you’re looking for isolation, fishing, and some nice walks. There’s a pretty trail that goes around the whole lake that you can take and a really nice dock that you can fish off of. The camp site is also very clean and the random people that’s were there even offered us some chili. The restrooms are in the campground but the showers will be a mile south and both facilities are actually quite nice.

I think this State Park was great, my camp site was beautiful, the docks were well put together, built for fishing, there was beautiful scenery and wildlife.

This campground is well maintained, clean and has campsites far enough apart that solitude is maintained. It is positioned right next to Lake of The Pines, a beautiful lake that offers good walleye fishing. Highly recommended.

Possibly the best and greatest campsite I've ever been in.
