No internet.Great views,structures are decaying or rusted.Female owner will make your stay miserable.Hidden fees,dont leave a card on file.Will ban you from the Park if you claim damages done by the Property Electrical issues.Do Not live here,visit only.Male owner is inexistent and useless,manager and staff are merely there for show. Nice polite office staff.Protect your RV with a Surge Protector as their installations are Shorted!Beware of Charges after you Leave!!!!

This place is beautiful! I met the owner, and she is incredibly sweet. The staff in the office are very helpful, down-to-earth, and welcoming. When I walked into the office, I was greeted by two friendly dogs: Charlie, a golden retriever, and Harley. Everyone here is truly helpful.

Stopped in off the water to grab some bait and a couple of hooks. If you need a Dr pepper and a few snacks when you're out on the water not a bad place to stop. Friendly

This is a "no frills" RV park. Gravel pads. If you are a fisherman and/or boater, this is 5 stars! There are sites on the shore. Rustic, dirt/gravel roads, and muddy if it has rained. Glorious sunrise, peaceful, quiet, and very pet friendly. Some monthly tenants.

Great customer service, they have bathrooms, showers and laundry for those that stay. Each site has power hook up and if you have any issues they are right there to fix it. Great fishing location. If you have a boat it is great as well since they have a boat launch.

Jim and Jennie are amazing! Great place to bring the family and awesome place to go crappie fishing. Fishing, cleaning station, Camping, Rv and all the extras. Said they will be getting either kayaks or paddle boats soon! Excited for that and cant wait! Thanks guys!

We enjoyed our 7 night stay at Flat Creek! If you’re looking for a place to stay while visiting friends or family this is very beautiful and relaxing spot. We stayed on the island Right on the water ❤️ We will stay here again on our next visit.

Very nice marina under new management. Looks to be significantly upgraded. Staff and owners are extremely nice. Great location on Lake Palestine to get a day pass or spend a weekend or week (and shaded!) on their RV lots. Minnows and bait are reasonably priced.
