My husband and I stayed here for two days to visit a friend that had heart surgery at HCA hospital. This was the closest Campground to this place. When we arrived The manager met us outside because the steps to her office were being painted. She was very friendly gave us the instructions on what to do and how to do it slots are a little tight but other than that, the stay was wonderful it was quiet except the traffic.I would return.

We chose this spot for its proximity to a work site. We were not impressed. We arrived after hours without any paperwork being left in the drop box so we parked ourselves and hoped the spot did not change after the confirmation email. We did call and the voicemail left an after hours number that was disconnected. When I mentioned that to the office they just re-recorded the voicemail without a number. Spots are extremely narrow and while they may be long they are rounded so much of the area is unusable. During my time here I learned back in Sept. 2024 this park went under new ownership andbhad improved. Many improvements are still needed. Park needs better maintenance crew/schedule to keep on top of the numerous fire ant hills, run down benches and overall appeal to the park. The dumpster area also needs a good pressure washing. The office was tricky because it seemed like the office was open whenever/inconsistently. It is a joke they request units be 10 years or younger when many of the existing units are extremly old or are clearly in disrepair. We were given no notice on park water being shut off for hours, nor any after hours number to contact the office. Where the water was, a non working class A had to be towed out of the spot into the road, and has since been left there weeks later making it unpassable if cars are in their parking spots. Our pedestal also went down over night which turned out to be due to a faulty wire that burned (thankfully we had our surge protector which killed the power to our unit) and the listed after hours number rang and rang without answer. Many of the long time guests are kind and take pride in their homes but management needs to establish site appearance requirements/upkeep for owners. This park definitely has the potential to be a great spot, there just needs to be better processes in place and additional investments by ownership. If we come back to the area for leisure we would not stay here.

Brought in our camper. Very busy area. Got us closer to Mayo Clinic.

I give them five stars because they are the only ones around for a 25 mile radius. i checked all around for a dump station before i put the RV in storage for a month. The service was courteous by a nice young woman working in the office.

What a dump. $60 a night and their drain system backed up on me. After many years of rving, this is the first time that has ever happened. When I complained about it, I was told, the correct way to drain is slowly. What BS! Just move on past this place. Btw, bathrooms and showers were nasty. A through back to the 50’s and 60’s!

I have been a long-term guest at Fleetwood and am amazed at how quiet and friendly everyone is. The Office Manager Marissa runs a tight ship and is always available to address any issues guest have. The Park is kept clean and the new owners have been doing some renovations as needed. If you're in the area I highly recommend checking them out.

This is a great location being only 12 minutes from downtown. The park itself is very quiet and clean. The laundromat takes credit cards, cash and also phone app which is convenient. The bathroom/ shower house is kept reasonably clean. I'm staying here in the long term rental area and I've never had issues with noise or bad neighbors. They have a clubhouse where you can get coffee and snacks in the morning and it's a nice way to meet people that are staying here in the park.

I would NOT STAY HERE. Web site pics are not at all what this place looks like. We pulled in didn't even know if we would fit in this place. (36 foot toyhauler) We barely fit. Lots are very tight, a lot of permit residents, who's lots are very nasty, messy, and junk piled in them. Traffic is loud, do to being at front of park by road. We will not stay there again, and would NOT recommend this park.

I’ve been coming to this rv park for a few weeks this time of year for about 15 years, not because of its looks but because it’s located closely to family I voyage to visit. Amenities are basic and surely outdated. The water pressure is low the sites are jammed close and the bathrooms are disgusting with bugs. The “new” staff had tried to charge me more then I was due. But what’s worse is the attitude of the owner. He came by my RV and unattached my hose and told me to go buy and new one (mind you this is literally two weeks old) because the faucet is ancient and stripped and was leaking. He then proceeds to steal it. When I asked for my hose back he said it’s his now and drives off with his maintenance man in a golf cart. When I went to the “office” and addressed the lady he came bashing through the back door threatening police, I then recommended he called them since he stole my property. He hooted and hollard trying to make himself right when he was not only dead wrong but explicitly arrogant!! I demanded a refund for my paid days because I was leaving and will NEVER give them my business again and also for him to return my hose. What a shame a man of his age to act so obnoxious!!! I do not recommend this business for not only the ancient appearance but unacceptable behavior from owner and his staff!! The only person who was nice and I can’t say bad about was the lady in the office who’s been there for years.
