Florence RV Park has several rental KOA type cabins. It is a campground, not a hotel/motel. It is a secure place to park and is reasonably priced. All of the utilities are available and propane is available. A big deal is it is easily accessible from I95 and desiel fuel, DEF and gasoline are available nearby at a competitive price.

Some of these reviews, I just don't understand why they're bad. If you're looking for a luxury resort, then don't book here. But if you're looking for a nice campground to stay at this is your place. Yes some of the slots are sand, but their level. At other campgrounds- I've been in paved slots that were not level. I'll take the sand slots any day. I know some people complain about it being close to the highway. I can't even hear the cars inside the RV. The bathrooms are great. They have a nice pool and there's even a pond that you can catch and release from. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great over night stay 2 to 3 minutes off highway - very easy Small pool - very nice to cool off in Quiet and safe Some seasonal but they have an area for over night - easy to get to your space Only downside it was expensive for overnight $60

We had truck problems. Rv Had to be towed and they were very friendly. She was very understanding, polite, and empathetic to our situation. Not a bad little park either. Site was spacious. Looks maintained. Animal friendly. We travel for work and never stayed here before. This is a great little stop when travel. Plan to use them when I am ever in the area.

Great spot! Close to I-95 but noise is no problem. Pool is clean and spacious. Pond is beautiful. Plenty of trees for shade. Great price for the few places we have stayed (ive paid more for dirts spots with no trees or ameneties). Spots are fairly level. We come to Florence to visit family as we only live 3hrs away so we will definately make this our go to place to stay when we come. Only thing i wish was an option is online reservations instead of having to call during business hours (hard to do at times with our work schedule.

Its a very nice and quite place. My parents stayed out there in their camper with my little brother and sister and niece and nephew they had a 5th wheel they stayed for about 8months and then they moved it back to our land. But there's a pool and you cam fish and there's a playground for the kids bathhouse was always clean. They have cabins for rentals and you can have tents too. Overall nice place. Mrs Erica is amazing!!!! And when you fish we found that both real worms and fake worms work. But it is catch and release. Still great place though.

Had a wonderful week at campground. Clean and well maintained. Dave, kristi and Julie was amazing. The only negative was Erica she was rather rude to us. We have stayed several times . Cabins are really nice.

This is not the family owned Florence RV Park of years ago. For one, there is a problem with the electric in this park. Do not plug your RV into this park without a quality surge protector. I was there a little while back and my Surge Guard surge protector would not let the electric come on cause one leg had only 90 volts. If I didn’t have this surge protector, the electric would have stayed on and possibly damaged my rig. In talking to the maintenance personnel, there’s many electrical problems in this park. I had a trailer in storage and they called and told me they are jacking up the price. They are now price gouging on everything. I will say, they are very friendly when they call you and are sticking it to you. I live local and I’ve been there many times, my advice at this point is to stay away from this place.

We are here for work and like this park. Erica and Julie are super helpful and fun to chat with. The park is clean and the showers/bathrooms are always clean with plenty of hot water.

Love this place !!! We stayed for a few months. The staff here is awesome !! Great people , lots of fun. Cleanest bathrooms and excellent showers. Big shout out to Julie and Erica and Kristy , you guys are the best and we will be back to stay again very soon. It's like home.
