This is an RV resort with privately owned sites. Some rentals may be available at times. There is a clubhouse with planned activities and other rooms for quilting. Card games and a library. Plus a workout room and laundry. Outdoors has pivkle ball courts, swimming pool and hot tub plus trails for golf cart rides.

We are going to be here for about 7weeks it's a little out of the way, but we like it that way. We are about 40 minutes away from the Gulf beaches and the same from Disney. Big pool and the main building has a few amenities. But being here in the off-season a lot of things are quiet then how they are during the busy season during the winter.
