I've been RVing for the last 13 years, and without a doubt, this is one of the better parks I've stayed at. First, the location for the price is premier. Second, the cleanliness and attention to detail ie landscaping, bathhouse, laundry amenities are superb. And last, no pesky dogs or children to contend with. Two caveats, don't mind being around ignorant dirty Trumpster's flying flags and don't treat the bathroom like a Keywest bathhouse. #alliwantforxmasistrumpinjail

it's a nice little place to go it's a lacking a laundromat which is on the property yet you have to travel a long distance to get to it anyhow besides that everything is pretty good the owners an old cowboy which built the place long time ago anyhow if you like quiet there you go

This is a mostly permanent resident mobile home park with 15 or so rv sites. 50 amp Water Sewer Long Level Concrete pads Garbage pickup at site Venice Rookery is adjacent Close to downtown Venice. Lots of shopping and services in the area If one loves classic cars don’t miss a visit to Ideal Classic Cars, easy walk from the Pines. Cons A bit pricey Some road noise for the sites directly on Englewood Ave. We have been coming here for the past five years when make are annual visit to Venice. We will be back next year.

The folks at this campground are super friendly and helpful. The laundry and showers are the nicest that we have seen in all our rving . The grounds are neat and well kept. Residents here were very friendly. Pricing is reasonable. We will stop here again when visiting Venice !
