This is one of my favorite RV parks to bring my granddaughter’s to for spring break. They absolutely love the activities from the pools and splash pad to the scavenger hunt they have throughout the park. There are weekly art and craft activities, movie night kids can take part in too. Great place for them to ride their bikes, so bring them. Great basketball court, soccer field, so many great amenities. They also loved renting the electric jeeps that are now available there. We drove the convertible jeep to the ostrich farm and the winery just down the road which has farm animals that you can feed (bring cash to buy heads of romaine lettuce to feed, It’s an honor system). And the adults can do some wine tasting. If you are not up to cooking, there is an outdoor restaurant that offers pizza and chicken mac & cheese, They do give you very large portions and there is a great breakfast place walking distance from the park. Parent tip: Bring goggles for your kiddos!! And make sure they keep them on. The chlorine is very strong. Every time we have gone, one of my granddaughter’s gets irritated chlorine eyes from not wearing their goggles. They do sell goggles in the convenient store there. Flying Flags is definitely my granddaughter’s favorite place to go, they never want to leave, ages 4,9,11😊

This place is amazing! I have worked in the area before and did not stay here because of the price this time we decided to try it and we are so glad we did! All the amenities are unbelievable. The park is kept clean and orderly. The food at the restaurant is amazing we haven't had anything that was not top-notch, the ingredients are fresh and the pizza oven Cooks the pizza and other items perfectly the staff is really great too. The store has a great selection and the prices are good. The pools are very large, and the restrooms and showers are kept clean and maintained well. The playground is huge! There is a Splash Zone as well. I see cabins and tents for rent and all types of RV spaces. Yes, some of the spaces are a little tight, but overall, this place is a 9.8 out of 10. I highly recommend it, and we will stay here every time we are in the area. Thank you all for your efforts in keeping this place running so smoothly. I am very impressed. We just found awesome karaoke setup in the pool hall after the live music on Friday night. Everyone was participating it was great! Find my karaoke videos they're cool.

Pros and Cons. Location is great. Fast and friendly service from the front desk. The grounds are kept very clean. Its family friendly and dog friendly. Pool area is very clean and relaxing. Try Ellens Pancake house skip Paula's. Food and service was amazing. We stayed in the Ranch Cottage 704. Needs some attention to detail. The paint is scrapped off on the wall from the futon. Carpet going up to the loft needs steam cleaning. Sink fixtures in bathroom need some CLR. We never got kitchen towels when requested. Would come back to camp.

Our first visit here to flying flags, RV and camp resort it is absolutely stunning the quality of the property and folks the staff the property. The campers here are so cool and friendly ,it is so amazing so many amenities that come along with this RV park. It’s nestled amongst the green foothills of Santa Inez and Buelton. We stayed in Jupe tent, which is the bare bones with a very comfortable queen bed. It was just what we wanted, but exceeded our expectations as far as comfort, and how fun and cute the tent was. It is safe and a sleepy little gem when visiting the central coast . Today we are headed over to the wineries Firestone brewery and ostrich farm to check out some unique adventures while we’re here. Celebrating our anniversary with style and flair thank you flying flags for being such a fantastic resort.

There are very good things and a few bad things about this park. First, the location is great. It's nearby a lot of really good restaurants, and has a store and restaurant on the property with fire tables and music. The grounds are mostly spotless, everything is neat and orderly, the entry and exit system is great. The pools, hot tubs, and bathroom facilities are very well maintained and clean. We really enjoyed the staff and facilities. That said, this park isn't for everyone. We are pretty quiet people and like a quiet, peaceful park. This park is not that. It was packed with kids, which made it pretty loud and chaotic. The spaces are very close together - our basic spot had about 3 ft of grass between the next spots, and part of that is taken up by the power poles. No privacy, you're basically looking in each other's windows, and there's more rows in front and behind. Tight quarters, and not really a "camping" vibe like a state park. Adding to the chaos - many people have outdoor speakers (not allowed, but didn't seem to be enforced?) so most nights we could hear several people's music and the live music at the restaurant, even with windows closed. If you have kids, you might be willing to sacrifice quiet for having your kids play outside. Personally, we found it chaotic and jarring, and asked if we could check out early and get a refund. We were told no and tried to make the best of it. The other downside was having small dogs there. I have one dog who is a little skittish, and I ended up having to carry him to the dog park because there are kids on bikes, scooters, skates, etc whizzing by constantly within the park and he was terrified. The dog park itself was really disappointing. It was dirty, we both stepped in dog messes left by other owners. It's also partially steeply sloped and awkward, and there was water drainage that made it hard to avoid getting mud on shoes and paws. There are so many beautiful sites in the park, but the dog park is crammed in a small, wet, steep corner.... Not ideal. We ended up driving the dogs to a different park in town just so they'd have a clean place to go (and to save our shoes). All in all, if you're looking for quiet, this likely isn't the place for you. But the facilities are lovely and it's a great vacation location, if you're not opposed to some chaos.

Haven’t stayed here yet, but rating solely on communication. It’s non-existant. First off, We booked a spot at this location and we never received an email confirmation. I’ve emailed multiple times and called multiple times to try and update our reservation with no response. Their outgoing message says to email them for a prompt response, but nothing. They have different cancellation policies that change in price the closer you get to the date of stay. And guess what, because they have not returned my communication attempts, we might be screwed on updating our scheduled stay. All we are trying to do is move from the cabin to an RV location within the park, so technically they wouldn’t be loosing a reservation but simply changing one, but getting a hold of someone is impossible. Hopefully they see this and if so, I’ll update the review.

This place is amazing, don't let the sticker shock deter you. We did want to stay two weeks but forgot to book it until the last minute... We still got a six day stay so that works.

Flying Flags in Bulletin is a great place to visit. I have been a handful of times, stayed in the big house it was perfect with a nice fenced in yard. I have stayed in the little houses through out the park. The A/C always works, beds are good. The kitchen does the job cooking for your family. The hidden gem is the canned ham area. It is such a blast to stay in this area. The beds not that great but the privacy is wonderful

Variety of spots, they have something for everybody! I ran into them with a rented camper, and was fascinated by the number of ways you can make a reservation! Whether camping or clamping, they have it all, and get you set up no matter the season. The restrooms are modern and clean, make you feel safe and at home! The ambiance, from the pool to the cocktails by the fire pit, make you want to come back! Check them out now. They fill up fast so make plans.

When we travel around we are exposed to many different RV Resorts and ALWAYS enjoy Flying Flags. They can't be more friendly without being sincere. We Love this place and so enjoy seeing the children absolutely enjoy themselves. The children are many times riding their scooters or bycicles for the first times with a face of accomplishment and excitement. Some are riding their bicycle for the first time without training wheels. WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL!
