Stayed there this summer. Will not be returning. When we arrive the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Out site was not in the main park but instead over by a storage area (over flow maybe). Upon arrival we were told about an event in the lodge but we're also told we could use the pool still. Once set up we went to the pool and were "greeted" by another lady who did not introduce herself and just started at us about a private event there (no signs anywhere about it) and it was all closed, we could not use the pool. explained the situation and saw other people in the pool, she finally let us and the kids swim. In the process she came by 3 or 4 more times making comments to us specifically, about not being able to use the bathroom and other things. She never identified herself or gave us her name, after 30 minutes we left, and no one for the event had arrived at this time. 10 hours on the road on a hot day and all we wanted to do was relax in a pool for a bit and cool off, but that was to much to ask, unless you were a staying full time I guess.

It's a Great place to stay. The only complaint I have, is the laundry room. It needs to be updated. The machines are almost all out of order, and the ones that do work aren't in great shape. There is always hair all in them. A LOT of hair! And I am allergic to animal hair. If they updated their laundry room, it would be perfect here!! Now I'll tell you what's so great about being here. The pool is always clean. And it's beautiful. The area around the pool is so nice. The pond is awesome! It's quiet here almost always. And management is awesome!!! I give her 10 stars!!

It's a Beautiful maintained park. Office Employees /Owner. we're very kind and Helpful. I'm a disabled older woman, my far babies we're allowed too. I've been in many parks and this was the first that trash service was every morning. And I have gone through the comments in the only complaint. What's about the train horns that come through. I loved it , it felt like home hearing them horns and did not even bother me or my Fur babies. I want to say thank you. FOREST LAKE RV PARK. FOR ACCOMMODATING ME ON SUCH SHORT NOTICE.SO I COULD SPEND THE WEEKEND WITH SON, HIS WIFE and MY GRANDBABIES. Sincerely, Dickie Romine 🙏✌️💚😊

The park is very peaceful with many full time residents. Very clean. Coin laundry was a great experience but instructions would be nice. Also was not air conditioned. The lots are paved and very spacious! Our slot (200 area) was at a 4” slope. Make sure you have leveling blocks…a lot of them! The pool situation is a bummer. If people rent the event center then the pool is not available to campers. It was booked almost the whole time I was here. There is a busy train track on the back side of the pond that could be very disturbing if you take an 800 section slot. I love trains and felt like it made things quaint. I never heard The late night trains. I forgot to tell them I am a Good Sam member and they wouldn’t refund and rerun my card. That too was disappointing. But this place is EXTREMELY GOOD PRICED for the park. I will come again, tell them about my Good Sam membership, stay off the 800 area and ask if the event center is booked ahead of time 👍🏻🤓

We rented the lodge for my daughter's graduation party. It was fine. Large enough space. They didn't bother to sweep the room or clean the bathroom prior to us coming. I didn't mind having to set up the room ourselves and move tables and unstack chairs. What bothered me was the fact that we had the place until 11p.m. and a cleaning lady showed up around 10:20p.m. We had already cleared things away and one of my daughter's was sweeping, but we felt rushed to leave by this lady. She came in, interrupted our conversation and just started talking excessively and even cursing, which is unprofessional. We couldn't even finish our own conversation so we left. She was just really the main interruption. I also wished they had a microwave in the lodge and would've just cleaned the bathroom, especially all the dead bugs around the sink. Also, it seemed as if anyone could just walk up to your lodge that you're paying money for and start swimming in your space. Just needs to be some designation somehow.

Hi move to this park a month ago and this is the best place to live if you like a camper life, the people are great and the people who run it and work there are the best of people . The park has everything thing it's the best and has everything you will need to live good. There are so many perks in this park from a stock lake to cable tv they have everything and more. If you stay short or long term this should be your first place to pick from. There is game night on Thursday and fishing like I said it's all about the perks and this place has them.

Truly one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed park is maintained and cleaned up daily they pick up your garbage at the end of your trailer daily. The free Wi-Fi works perfectly and you can stream Netflix with no buffering they have Wi-Fi throughout the park about every 50 feet is a tower. They do allow older model trailers but they are not allowing riffraff to show up if you have a trailer and it’s got duck taped windows and it looks like a deer camp trailer you probably will not be allowed to park here. Talk to the office about what kind of condition your trailer is in before you go. Office staff has always been extremely helpful and professional. If you have dogs they have open grass areas all over the place. I’ve stayed at this place for over a year and it is absolutely a gem I have no things to complain about. I recommend this place to anybody I run into. Always will be my top rv park, top-notch service with a smile

Don't bother if you have a classic RV, only model years 2000 and newer are allowed. No worries, there is a lot of competition.

We come up for the weekends. We love it here. The only issue is almost every weekend there is event. Which is fine but we are always asked to leave the pool and have to tell management which normally allows us stay. This weekend we were told to leave again and now management says we have to leave if there is an event. We pay for the amenities also. If the amenities are not going to be available we should be told in advance so that we can make other arrangements. We should not be rudely told to leave while some guy stands in background with his arms crossed like a mother with three young children is going to cause trouble. We were told management reserves the right to close the pool to anyone. Signs should have been posted and guest advised ahead of time.

This was a truly awesome place to stay. From the spacious cement pads to the accommodating staff that works diligently to make your stay both memorable and feel like home. I truly cant wait to return to see the beautiful new landscaping and additions they are constantly implementing. So, on a scale..this is a 10 plus for accommodation and hospitality!!!
