We picked this RV park because the other Rv park in Kingman never called back to confirm availability. This park picked up the first time I called. Easy location to get to. Even though it is located near the freeway , the noise level is very low. The fee was extremely reasonable at $50 a night for us. The bathrooms and showers were clean; next door was the laundry room. There is a pool, even though it wasn’t heated, it was still nice to dip in and enjoy it. Our site was big enough to pull through with a picnic table and a tree for some shade. Very clean. The park filled up quickly but yet, it stayed pretty quiet during our one night stay. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice and clean park. Delightful owners who are very welcoming. Would like a larger area for dogs, but understand the acreage limitation. Will stay again!

Road noise is more prevalent than the reviews suggest, but it's a very friendly park, and the staff really care about the people who stay there. Good facilities in the laundry room, and the RV spots have a good bit of breathing room.

Pros: 1. Nice & quiet park. 2. Great location. 3. Big pull through sites. 4. Great Wi-Fi Cons: 1. Only 1 row of pull through sites for overnighters. 2. All outer back in sites are filled with full timers. Some of the sites were full of junk. Park was right off of I40 and close to lots of places including the Route 66 area. We don’t use the laundry or showers as we have our own in the RV but they did have them available.

A convenient location just off the 40 in Kingman. Not worth the 50 a night due to the lack of cleanliness in the woman’s shower. The shower curtain was filthy with black and orange mold. One would think that replacing the shower curtain would be an easy job since there is a Walmart near by. It was disgustingly dirty. The space was not level and my automatic levelers struggled to find level. There is a slight slope from the top of the park down the slope. Finally, there are a lot of full timers, or extended visitors. But it is convenient.
