Great quiet campground with lots of opportunities for hiking, fishing and canoeing from the campground to Morrow. Right in the middle of southern Michigan, it is convenient to drive to without the crowds up north. The biggest secret in the Lower Peninsula.

Large State Park with Lake and Beach. Campsites are large and some are a bit secluded. Very clean. We kayaked, let kids fish. Swam and played at the beach and camped. There were fun activities at the camp for kids and family.

I love this little fishing dock, you never know what you may catch! Other than the goose poo you have to navigate through, the picnic area offers more than you would expect! There are a couple of "outdoor" bathroom stalls and hiking trails are marked and easy to find! It is a rrally great spot to hang out and fish with family!

Just stopped in hoping to go for a hike with our dog, KC. Great park, from the entrance through all of the different areas and amenities. We ended up hiking some trails, kayaking and pitching some hammocks by the lake. What was going to be a place for us to stretch our legs for an hour or so turned into almost 6 hours. This is going to be a stop whenever I'm in the area.

Excellent place to camp. Bathhouse and bathrooms were brand new last year. Playground and swings for the kids. Campground check- in also sells firewood, drinks, snacks, and Fort Custer stickers. Down the road, but still in the park, are lakes for fishing, one has beach and swimming area. There are also mountain bike and equestrian trails. Dog friendly.

Best camp showers! New restroom building, electrical service to campsites, wheelchair accessible everything, and just off to the 5,000 mile long North Country Trail. This campground is 1/2 mile west of the equestrian campground.

We had to check the campgrounds out being only an hour from home. This place is huge given the location. Lots of multi use trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding. Brand new bathroom and shower building. We'll be back.

Beautiful park, nice camping sites with trees between sites. We stayed in a mini cabin. Nice to have heat during the cold October nights. Bath house is new, showers have nice hot water. Looks like many trails for walking, biking, and horse back riding. Would definitely come back again!
