I don’t know who is running your booth, but it’s important to make sure they are able to be nice to the public WHEN WORKING A PUBLIC EVENT. Our family was yelled at for standing too close to their booth while watching live music at a festival. The guy went so far as to tell my kids “ hey kids, don’t ever be like your dad,” when my husband pushed back after being told to move because we were loitering too close to his booth….. Do you realize public events are supposed to represent your business to the public? It was an overall very unpleasant interaction and they do not seem like nice people.

Horrible location unless you're there to fish. Holiday designation for what? Overpriced even in off season $90 with KOA club discount. The place had 2-3 check ins. Basically deserted. Extra charge for wifi $5 and $3 wash and $3 dry laundry! Nothing to do offsite. The so called bike path along the mangroves is basically the highway sidewalk sucking fumes! We are now at Sugarloaf Key KOA and they have things priced right free wifi, $2 wash and the location is 100 times better. Pine island is a rip off roadside fish trap! Skip it

Very large property, spacious sites, good amenities. Pool arealooks very nice, though since we have a dog we didn't use it. We found a quiet, serene swimming hole close by. We appreciated having the dog wash station here close by at bathhouse. A couple things could use improvement. 1. There's a large fenced dog park but it's way out near the main road, very far away from campsite. We had to drive up but there's no parking. I'm disabled so I needed to be close but wasn't an option. 2. Office hours are not convenient and lacking some customer service skills. Who closes their office on a Saturday? Not very inviting posting rules like threats to your paying campers. 3. Wifi is only free for 1 hour, 10 am to 11 am. Absolutely rediculous. We paid less per night at KOA in Key West and had free wifi. 4. Lack of enough pet waste stations. 5. Trash receptacles so far away from campsite and no staff around to pick up. Most KOA campgrounds we've been at had someone pick it up at your site. You threaten fines if it's left behind but you don't make it convenient.
