Had a one-night stay at this RV campground, which is about halfway between Prince Rupert and Prince George. The site sits between the Yellowhead highway 16 and the Bulkley River. Despite its proximity to the highway, it was not overly noisy. The river side is beautiful, with a boat launch and walking trails. Saw a beautiful sunset while in the area. The washrooms and showers were unavailable due to COVID-19 restrictions, so can't comment on those. The operators were friendly and helpful. There is a great FREE pressure-wash station onsite and we were able to wash our car and trailer.

This big rig friendly (43' DP with a toad) park is right on the highway at the south end of Telkwa and only 12 minutes drive to Smithers. There are trains that seem a little horn happy. They don't appear to run over night but start very early in the morning. The level of highway noise varies but it never woke us up. We had a back-in site, plenty big to park MH and a towed vehicle. The Bulkley river runs on the west side of the park. Unfortunately we were there during the BC campfire ban, sitting by the fire watching the water woosh by would have been fun. The park hosts are delightful. They have been there a long time any have many interesting stories to just about everything. We did see a dear while staying here. There is a trail along the water into Telkwa, a short walk into town. There is also a trail to walk to Tyhee Provincial Park. Cellular coverage was 4 bars (Telus and Koodo) , park WI-FI was excellent. As a bonus, they have a high pressure RV wash. We were here for a week, a definite repeat and was our second time here.
