I've had a terrible experience at this RV park, they've got a section that's for the low income and pretty shabby trailers throughout. Picking through the garbage continuous. The section I was in is seem to be retirement home, very unfriendly and very nosy I would never go there again. I couldn't even play music on a 10 watt speaker without my direct neighbors giving me the attitude. And when I stand outside my trailer you could just barely hear the music so I don't understand what that's all about. There's not much you can't do there no fires very unfriendly people. Overpriced. If I would have known that these type of RV parks more like this I never would have bought an RV. Controlled condition overpriced, and very little privacy. Without my permission they tried to overcharge me on my credit card when I was not even there, then accusing me of stealing their telephone boxes was the kicker. If I could rate this lower than one star I most definitely would. Just want to give people a heads up stay clear this place.

Beautiful place to stay and managed by wonderful girl Jennifer. Very safe place to stay and rules are followed by everyone.

The perfect RV campground if you want to visit Victoria. The bus stop is very close and the bus takes you directly downtown. The campground had a basic playground and nice bathrooms. Would recommend staying here

When i visit Victoria and pull my little travel trailer, i always stay at this RV Park. And usually in a partial hookup site as i don’t need sewer hookup. This place may be pricier than some but it has decent wifi, laundry, book exchange, clean washrooms and hot water showers. There’s slides and swings for kids. Plus the E&N bike trail runs beside it which can get you to downtown or get onto the Galloping Goose trail. Campers are respectful of quiet times too. Also popular with foreign visitors, i’ve heard several European languages spoken. Overall a nicely run campground.

Loved our stay here. Although it's not a "destination" location, it's location is pretty perfect if you have a bike. The E&N trail runs right though the middle of the park and takes you directly downtown to the tourist info booth, China Town, government buildings, the FREE bike valet and all the restaurants and shops you could dream of! The staff were responsive, kind and helpful. The bathrooms and showers clean. I would come here again and suggest it to friends, family and you! 🙌🏼❤️🚲🏙️🇨🇦👌🏼
