This wasn't a terrible place to stay other than there were so many that were living in this RV park. Some of the lots were cluttered. It was pretty quite at night have no complaints there. But it's hard to get in touch with someone when trying get check in information, the number on their website doesn't work so I had to email and wait for an answer.

We were told an estimated price by phone, but the website billed a little cheaper, but we were charged a “balance due”at check-in with no clear explanation why. Staff had no clue which sites were available—assigned us one already occupied, then told us to “just find one.” Roads were narrow with non-running vehicles and cluttered long-term campers making it hard to drive or turn. The entry road is one narrow lane with blind spots & potholes. Website photos and pricing are misleading. Park is not clean and many unkempt and rotting trailers. Many non running vehicles making maneuvering difficult. Very disappointing—would not recommend or return.

Large unleash dogs, sewer smell, most are long term campers. It was very unkept! Trust the others negative reviews, they were correct. I wish I had. We felt very unsafe there. Although it appears that they are trying to make updates. We stayed just long enough to find another place.

Loved the pool. That's pretty much all there was to do. Said gaming room but I never seen one. I definitely do not want to go back. The staff is rude and two faced. They were nice while we was there staying but as soon as we left and started asking about our deposit they instantly became rude with me and my husband, sometimes not even replying back or answering the phone. Changing my 5 star review to a 3 star and here's why.... The campground took a $100 deposit and has yet to give it back and we're going on day 7 or 8 since check out. They won't answer texts and for some reason I can't even contact them on booking, com where I made the reservations as if they blocked me. So now my bank is trying to get my deposit back for me. This is crazy and very unprofessional! Oh and our last night there two women were in the pool having sex and they were not trying to be quiet or discreet. I heard them inside my cabin. Idk if it was another guest or just someone coming in to have sex in the pool and leave. There's no gate as it said on booking.com . Never actually saw 1 worker/owner our entire trip. Wifi sucked. At least our TV worked but only had about 10-12 channels.

I never feel the need to give a review when I have a bad experience with a business, but this place is just awful. My friend and I decided at the end of May that we wanted to go camping for the 4th of July weekend. We both had a long weekend off work and just wanted to get away to relax. Of course it was a bit difficult to find a place considering it was for a holiday weekend, but we found this place and booked the first week of June. Fast forward to the 4th of July and we get to this place right at check-in time. First of all, the pictures are extremely misleading. We had both look very throughly at the website before booking and thought it looked like a nice campground. We couldn’t have been any more wrong. The place is a dump and the cabin we had booked looked awful in person. Well we tried not to let that bother us and went ahead to the office to check-in. There was a “closed” sign on the door and all the lights were off. Luckily the cleaning lady was right there and asked us if we needed help. We told her we needed to check-in so she let us in the office and come to find out, the cabin we had booked wasn’t available. They had double booked us. So she called the owner to see what could be done and the owner wanted to put us in a beat up RV that had a busted out window! We asked the cleaning lady if we could go back to my car and discuss what to do and she said of course and if we needed a refund to call the owner. So we sat in my car for the next hour trying to find another place to go because there was no way we were staying there. Thankfully we were about to find a place almost an hour away that had a last minute cancellation. We start to head that way and call the owner to get our refund. She was extremely rude to us and said that she had offered us something to else (the RV with the busted out window) and that we were choosing not to stay so she was going to have to charge us a 30% cancellation fee. We told her no way because it wasn’t our fault they screwed up. She told us to go to the office and they could give us our refund there. So we turn around and go back to the office and the lady in the office (who is a completely different lady from the cleaning lady) told us that we had to call the owner. We told her that the owner had sent us here. She acted like she didn’t want to believe us and we sat there arguing with her about it for 20 minutes before she finally gave us the refund. Then later that night the owner called me and tried to tell me that the card I gave to put the refund on was not the same card I used to make the reservation whenever I literally have the confirmation email to prove that it is. Overall, this place is extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional.
