This place does have a laundry room, shower/bathroom it needs a little TLC . It also has a mobile home park.

Pleasant quiet little park that gets the job done. Level spots with fhu. Laundry/bathrooms is nicely set up. Individual restroom and shower combos give that extra level of comfort. Owners are on site and got the friendliest welcome. Very close to fuel and food and the i70. Convenient and friendly.

I don't normally leave reviews, but as someone traveling across the country in an EV, being right off the highway and open to me staying the night in my tent was a huge boon. Water hookups at each site, a communal bathroom with laundry. Owner was super helpful and supportive.

This was an unplanned stay as we were going from Kansas City to Denver to help a relative. The kindness and convenience that the owners provided was incredibly helpful during a stressful time. The park was clean and quiet. We couldn't have asked for a better arrangement. We'll definitely stay again. Great half way location between KCK and Denver..

I should have written this review when it happened 2 years ago, but maybe the owners are the same. We were on a job when we stayed here. I paid for a month and saw the no refund sign. We were here 1 night and ended up having to leave for another job. I know it states no refund, but the lady could have made an exception considering I paid for a full month and we were only there for 1 night. That to me is means for an exception if there were any to be given. We were out $550 and they got free money basically. It’s more about their morals here. I would never let someone pay for a month and then leave the next day and not give them their money back. I would suggest paying weekly if you’re there working so you don’t run into this issue. Wouldn’t recommend just for the simple fact their principles are not the same as ours.
