If you enjoy being around grown adults who act like teenagers, you might enjoy FOY. If you expect professionalism and consistency in rules and policies, stay elsewhere!! Many "homeowners" are rude. There is little respect for the concept of quiet enjoyment here. Don't expect management to keep you safe from other guests. They allow people who were allegedly banned from the park to stay and harrass people. They are more interested in keeping money in their pocket than actually managing a resort to the benefit of its guests. The management is unprofessional. Staff are not to blame for failures of leadership, but when they have poor leadership, it shows in every aspect. The pools are not as advertised. The concrete is so worn at one pool that you step on sharp rocks to get in and out. And that's IF you can even use the pools, since there are only a few hours in the day when an activity is not scheduled in one of them. If you try to enjoy the sunset from the pool, you will be kicked out by the volleyball players, who are so loud and energetic about their game that you hear the yelling from halfway across the park. Fun for some who just don't care how they affect everyone else. That's the FOY way. The RV sites are not great. Want a picnic table? That's only available at a premium site. A month after I left, reservations emailed me a utility bill that I had paid 6 months prior. FOY had no record of my payment. When I asked if they needed to see my credit card statement, they did not reply. When a business makes a mistake, I expect an apology. It's been 2 weeks since my last reply to their attempt to double-bill me for utilities. Still no response. If you're just dipping in for a day or two, you will enjoy the facilities, but I do not recommend this place for a stay longer than that.

This place is a Gem... Everything about it from the cleanliness to the abundance of available activities, there's truly no other RV park like it. The Fountain of Youth is so much more than an RV resort. It's a place to come, relax and spiritually heal in a community of wonderful like minded people.. book as long of a stay as you can, because trust me, you will never want to leave.

Great stop on the way to Baja. Lots of pools, activities, and amenities. All kinds of people escaping winter. There was music, taco night, talent show and really nice staff. The hot springs were wonderful this was a pleasant surprise. Worth a week or 2 stop.

What is the most important thing for me, service and price. They get 11 out of 10 on both. It is important to make a goid first impression. Well, the lady at the front gate went out of her way to make our experience super convenient. She provided us with several different options and shared highlights for what we could do there while on vacation. The community is very friendly. Other things that are important to me: Safety- I felt very safe. It is gated. Cleanliness- super clean. Great crew that is always going around making sure things are emptied, groomed, and washed. They have a water truck that goes through the RV path to keep the dirt from flying. Dog Friendly: super friendly. There are signs throughout to pick up after your dog. People take pride in their community and make sure it is very clean. They even pick up the toys when spending time at the dog park. The dog park has several tube to work your dog if need be. The big dog park has a teeter totter for dog agility. There were so many activities going on for the residents and people there on vacation. The mineral spas are a must. This includes the steam room. It is somewhat close to Joshua Tree National Park.
