I paid $63.86 to stay here on a Monday night in October 2025. Did I DIE? No. But did I love it? No. First, the pictures of the "resort" did not, in any way, match the actual "resort". I tried not to get hung up on that as I spent the next hour trying to level my rig on the REALLY uneven surface that had cigarette buts, old gloves, and numerous bits of trash scattered around. The water hookup point is less than 5 inches from the ground, making it almost impossible to use a pressure regulator, let alone a filter. The noise from the train that passes by frequently was enough to drown out (temporarily) the noise from the residents that come and go at all hours. The camp is set up poorly for accessing the trash area (if there is one, I ended up packing mine out) without walking through other people's site. After paying what I did, I wish I had shucked out another 15 dollars and stayed somewhere else - I think it would have been worth extra set up time and lack of sleep.

This was an overnight stay for us with our Passport American membership. The staff is super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The park is clean, spacious with lots of amenities.

I was there for almost a year the neighbors are very good I've been away for that almost 2 years I do miss that place a lot it is off of 95 the very busy road but if you want somewhere to stay overnight that's the best way to go she is on call 24 hours a day if you call her for something it can be 3:00 in the morning she will come out if the neighbors haven't fit with you or yelling at you she will come out to fix it but I was working on the road I will have to leave there because I was working on the road I got transferred out to another place but if I was back in that City I will stop by tell him I said hello because I miss them prices so much I've been to about 65 campsites since I've been on the road a lot I think that one is the number one I know very good it is no drugs nobody will be partying outside at midnight it is no no bad water maybe one day I come back in town stop by to get overnighter the father was very good the sun is very good and the mother was very good and the train track did not bother me

It was okay. I really liked how quiet it was, especially at night. The birds in the trees were a nice wake-up alarm. The staff seemed okay... They weren't welcoming but not rude. I can understand having security, but it seemed like the entire family just stayed locked up in the office like they were scared or something. It was noted that laundry being an additional charge on the site I booked my room, but the owner seemed confused when I asked about it. I don't recommend drying your clothes there. 25 cents gets you five minutes. Two minutes of drying and three of "cooling." Not sure if they set it up like that or it came programmed that way. The TV channel selection was terrible. I don't think I'll be back it seems like one of those places that's really suited for another demographic sort of speak.
