This place should never be called a resort. The site is a parking spot amongst old broken down trailers. The water hook up is on the right and other hookups on the left. I could throw a stone to the busy road. No shade. $100 deposit for the device if you want cable. WiFi is supposed to be good but we didn’t stay long enough to try it. We never hooked up but I was told no refunds at all. I expected to pay the normal cancellation fee but no refunds under these circumstances is unacceptable.

Big pull through site with a nice patio, picnic table & firepit. WiFi has been better than any campground we have been to in awhile. Owner was very friendly & accommodating. Cute little fenced in area for dogs. We just stopped for a night on the way through to visit family an hour away from here or we would have stayed longer. We did rent a golf cart that works perfect.. I’m sure our neighbors (seems to be a lot of full time people here) are glad we are only staying 1 night since my 7 year old just wanted daddy to drive her around in circles until 11:30pm 😫 but not one complaint. Fire wood was also very reasonably priced compared to other campground’s we have been too!

The place is extremely run down and needs a lot of maintenance. Train tracks are so close that it felt like it went right through our camper. No amenities that we could see at all. My husband went to use the showers and restrooms at 8:00 p.m. at night and found them locked. Definitely not some place we would ever stay again. Even at the Passport America rate it was overpriced. $10 more than the pristine campground that we stayed at in Georgia.

Very nice place.. People were nice and the owners were great nice and very helpful.. The wifi was the best I have had at any RV park.. The sites are kind of small but it was very enjoyable to stay here for a week.. Prices are very reasonable
