A gem of a campground. It appears to be a regular vacation spot for a lot of guests who park their equipment there full-time but the rules keep it classy. Weather was perfect in July and we didn't not have mosquitoes. Lots of outdoor activities nearby. The only minor complaint I have is that the sewer pipe at site 69 stuck out of the ground too far and leaned in a bit and the pipe didn't have threads to hold 90° connector. I struggled to dump my gray tank without spillage so I didn't even attempt to dump my black tank. Definitely would stay again if in the area.

If you are looking for a camping place where you feel like you are camping this is NOT the place for you . The spots are so tight , you feel like you are on top of each other . The staff is thirsty for money , be ready to pay not just for the spot but for each person in your group , they even charged me for my 3 year old ( maybe this is a new thing ) . I would have no problem paying for it if the spots were bigger . Please do yourself a favor and read all the NEGATIVE reviews before coming here . There is absolutely not privacy at all . This is a seasonal camping grounds people live in this place . My family and I felt so uncomfortable the whole time . We have been camping for a decade and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The old karaoke guy was very kind , the campgrounds are very clean besides the women’s bathroom , the pool was very cute too . There were old people who live there that are very kind as well .

Super cozy and clean, but....... Found the campgrounds to be very nice. Very well shaded. Facilities are clean. However, I would not recommend this for families with children that like to do outdoor activities. They have very strict rules and it feels more like a retirement campgrounds. The pool closes at 5p on weekdays and 7p on weekends. Very strictly enforced. Also, it is locked all times and you must have two people to get the key (even if you are an adult). If you plan to do day activities away from camp, you will not be able to use the pool. Plus, the pool is not heated. With all the shade, it stays cold. If you are looking for a KOA type experience, it's not going to satisfy. The staff patrols the campground as well on 4 wheelers. Kind of makes you feel like you are under surveillance all the time. One day I had a staff member walking up the side of my camper where our windows are. Our blinds were up to allow light in. I noticed him when I exited the camper and I startled him. Might have been reading the meter or something but didn't feel like that. Other than a couple staff members, the rest were super nice and friendly. It's very quiet, not many people out. Most sites are filled, but still feels like a ghost town.

Just completed our first year as a seasonal. What a great campground. The owners ( Ed & Deb ) were very helpful in helping us to relocate from a campground 100 miles away. I needed someone to pull my camper here and then Marie came along. Marie is a full time employee at the campground and was able to pickup my trailer and relocate it here. What a gal. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our first year at this campground and are looking forward to many more.

We stayed here the month of June. Our site #29 backed up to a wall of rocks which was great. The staff was amazing and were like busy worker bees tending to all the chores keeping the grounds neat and facilities clean. Laundry room was functional and clean. Lots of seasonal campers that were polite and nice. Most of the sites were gravel and level. Pool was cleaned daily. Quiet and relaxing! Easy access to highway and shopping.

Great place for a nice long weekend. Very friendly staff. Clean facilities and nice camping spot. Nice little camping store with reasonable prices. Located near great outlets and Bushkill falls. They have some great weekend activities for everyone. The kids loved the tractor ride. Thank you all.

That was THEN: The bathrooms couldn't be cleaner, the pool couldn't be any more sparkling, the people - staff AND regulars - couldn't have been nicer! Peaceful, relaxing, good location for exploring the area. Thoroughly enjoyable extended weekend! This is NOW: I posted the above about 4 years ago, (and gave them 5 stars!) and since it was such a pleasant experience, we always wanted to circle back around and stay again. We finally got the chance, but unfortunately, we were deeply disappointed and most likely will not be returning. I've been camping my entire life and sometimes you get the impression that the seasonal folks aren't thrilled with the weekenders that come and go, but this is the first time I can honestly say that the seasonals *some * completely ruined our stay. We had an unfortunate site that backed up to a seasonal in an odd perpendicular way so that when I stepped out my camper door onto my patio rug, the neighbor's patio was immediately to my right about 8 ft away. Sometimes you get a lousy site, it happens, but you make do, right? Unfortunately, residing there were 2 dogs that barked continually at us. The owner did make some attempt to do something about it, but that something was to yell at and scold them. So we mostly got barking/yelling/barking/yelling. The owners sometimes vacated the site and locked them up in the camper where - you guessed it - the dogs barked and whined continuously. Across the street was a seasonal site with a cage, yes, a CAGE, where he kept a couple of dogs who barked non-stop. All. Day. Long. Apparently this guy's adult son also stays with a dog in yet another permanent site, and he routinely walked it over to the cage each morning EARLY and put his dog in there with the others so it can join the barkfest. Occasionally, these owners would holler at their dogs which really just added to the constant annoyance, but mostly they just sat there in their ignorance or indifference and did nothing. Immediately next to that circus is another seasonal who thinks it's perfectly fine to blast their music well into the night and subject everyone around them to it in the process. I have never witnessed so much complete inconsideration toward other campers as I had on this weekend. Don't misunderstand, I appreciate that they are dog-friendly. We are NOT anti-dog. We have a dog. As a matter of fact, we have ALWAYS had canine family members who go with us everywhere, but they are always trained and well-behaved. And in general, given the sometimes tight confines and "invisible walls" when camping, we always try to to be considerate of our neighbors. That concept is completely lost here. If you don't mind a constant barrage of noise, barking, yelling, and stereos all being carried out with a "quiet hour be damned" attitude, then this is the place for you. We spent alot of time taking walks or sitting by the pool or hanging at the sports field simply to get away from the chaos surrounding our site. We spent alot of money for a campsite we largely avoided. We didn't bother complaining to the office because, let's face it, seasonals are the bread and butter here, who's going to give a hoot about the concerns of someone who is staying for 3 nights and then leaving? So we endured and then we left, with a completely new perspective of Four Seasons. It's a real shame too because the facilities, the pool, the play areas and available sports recreation are still great and the staff and grounds people are very, very nice! And there were plenty of other seasonal folks we met on the other side of the campground that were perfectly lovely. But the management/owners here have the occupants of #11, 12, 34 & 35 completely to thank for this review.
