Quiet place right now the roads are being redone and a bridge is under construction.thats gonna take a long time to finish.but everyone who lives here are so far very friendly and are keeping the place clean. It's a little bit of a problem if you live south of the bridge as your mail box is on the other side of the bridge. But progress is being made.

We have been there a year and when we moved in it was a last resort now that it is under new management there has been changed happened for the better when it come to renters. driveways were fixed after one contact,and the little things that seem small to other can be determental for renters. Kelly has done amazing things in making it a safe place for the people renting and new to come. I am happy here and only brought up issues once before I heard something back and things being fixed it might not be over night but this virus is stopping a lot of workers witch makes it a little harder when things need done right. If it needs done she does everything to make sure it done the right way I would recommend four seasons Mobile home Park to anyone asking thanks to new management, we are safe and happy.
