Great place to stay quiet 85 per cent of the time. Pool dont work half the time

Best prices in the area. Walking distance to the beach and coliseum. The people are great, both residents and staff. Nice clean pool and laundry. Pet friendly. Next to the train tracks, but so is half of Biloxi. My 30 amp service has been solid. No issues with water or sewer. Cement padded spaces that are level. I highly recommend this park...except for the people who think they're 1%ers. They can pay twice as much a block up the road.

My wife and I have been staying here in our RV. Everyone is very friendly, neighborly, and helpful. If you love that close community feel, this place has it. It's located across the road from the Biloxi Coliseum and right near the beach. There are a plethora of restaurants and places to go to for fun activities nearby.

We stayed in the r v park for 3 nights. Adequate hookups, lots of pull thru sites on cement. Good size long. Pool was closed for season. Easy access to beaches & attractions. Their doing lots of improvements.

Very low end rv park. Ok for a night or 2 if you are self contained. The bathroom had 1 toilet and a few shower stalls. Only 1 person can use it at a time as there are no doors on the toilet or showers. All the shower stalls had trash in them. The train tracks are right behind the park. Not to bad if you are a heavy sleeper. There was a homeless girl that told my husband she stayed in what appeared to be an abandoned rv. She had come to get her backpack that she left there. Location was good for beach and town. Right across from convention center.

Pool out is service due to repairs needed. No cable and no WiFi. Trains come by several times a day. Roads bad. Only good thing is fairly close to the beach which is not the best.

They have the place up for sale. There are apartments in front of the RV park. They have done no up keep of them. The owner owns a paving company, but the drive in area needs repair. The swimming pool liner is barely hanging on, so the pool is unavailable for use. The RV park has several full timers, which is okay, but most of them have not kept their areas cleaned up. They do have a grounds keeper who has been mowing some. The RV pads are cement & most of them are level. You have full hook ups. In the back of the property there has been 2 sink holes that have developed over the past year. The property is up against the railroad tracks. We have come here for several years & this will probably be our last. The rates have increased dramatically from last year.

RV park was clean and I had a wonderful stay for the 3 nights I was there. I have a 30 Amp camper.

didn't stay here family did but it was a nice park quite and the operations people were super friendly, recommend this RV park to anybody needing a RV spot in Biloxi right on the beach shopping and entertainment within sight

Few amenities. Cable tv is non existent. But clean, quiet and very reasonable.
