Best place to camp. Very polite owners and I go mostly twice a year with my family. So sad we couldn’t make it this year because of COVID. But can’t wait till everything is back to normal.

I really wanted to give this place more stars but here is why I gave the place the stars I gave it. The campground is not a bad place and it feels like it was A very good campground at one point in time in its life many years ago. If you are going to trailer here it’s not bad a place as the trailer sites seem pretty good. I had a tent site and it wasn’t the best, first off my site had no picnic table and I had to lug one from across the road and it was pretty heavy for me since it was just me that could physically carry it. The site next to me had a picnic table that was all rotted out. Fire rings were mixed as one site had two and another had none. Tent sites are nicely covered by tree canopy. The bathrooms are close but were very dirty, unkept and had no electricity or hot water. We had to go down to the playground bathrooms and even those(pics in the review) were pretty abandoned. Some toilets were never cleaned all the few days I stood there. the camp site numbers are missing too. A lot of small things that can easily be fixed. As far as quiet hours go There were none because all i heard all night is Chutney and Reguetton music blasting, I don’t mind mellow sound or people laughing but this was a full blown out Indian party. The pool itself is not too bad but needs some work. One thing I wish they could do is have the camp store open longer hours to get wood and other items. The staff though I have to admit are amazingly nice and will do anything for you. The older lady who I believe is one of the owners is very sweet and helpful. The daughter is very nice and funny too. I think they are slowly trying to fix the place up little by little. This place has great great potential and I do hope it gets fixed. so, its not A really bad campground that will be uncomfortable to be at its just it beed more fixing up which seems like its slowly happening. To the defense of the owners of the camping site, a lot of campers are very dirty, not all but a lot are. You can see people ripped curtain showers, throw toilet paper on the floor or didn’t flush the toilets.

I have to agree with many of the other low-star reviews here. It's adequate for a layover, but I wouldn't have wanted to spend time here. While the picture look nice, reality doesn't match. Lots of overgrown sites, water runoff everywhere along with things showing obvious state of decay and neglect. We also experienced a total lack of respect for noise, with the campers across the street from us playing music so loud it could easily be heard at the office. That carried into the evening when they settled in to watch TV outdoors, again with the volume loud enough that it wasn't background noise. The site we were on was soft. So soft that my little class-b motorhome push the leveling pads into the ground, and the front tires spun and dug in just trying to pull through. The the breaker in my power post was bad. Fortunately I had a 30a extension to reach the vacant post next door. It was no wonder there were only seasonals there. It would be a miserable place to stay with a family for a few days. The mini-golf was run down and overgrown. The pool was clear, but old and crumbly. There are much better options to be found in the area.

Great little campsite. Beautiful views, a great playground (and a second playground that would be great if not for the exceptionally muddy season) a beautiful pool, well maintained facilities. Serene during the week, and a kicking friendly weekend crowd. We'll be back!

Great campsite. Visited with family and friends and we had such a good time. This was the last week of September and we were hitting 80 deg days for much of the week. Had an awesome pit setup in the area we camped and we were able to do a lot of grillin. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The bathrooms are eh but serve their purpose. General store is located close to the entrance in case you forgot the bread or milk in town. Wal-Mart is about a 15min drive by the way. I would camp here again and recommend it. I know some reviews complain about noise but I do not camp in the height of summer. It was very peaceful at night with just the starry sky and the chorus of the insects.

I spent my birthday here the last two years. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Sites are clean and private. Foxwood is located centrally between many landmarks and attractions of the Delaware Water Gap. A perfect getaway for yourself or the family. I would recommend Foxwood to all of my friends and family! Watch out for bears :-)!

This is a campground. The sites are large and pretty tidy. The bathrooms are okay. Other reviews that seem so negative are clearly expecting too much from a campground. If you want to be devoid of nature and sterile, stay at a hotel (but don't ever check that AC filter). Come to a campground to see nature's imperfection and variety. It's just where you park until your next adventure and Foxwoods is more than enough for that
