I visit this Jellystone every year and my family and I have a wonderful time. We visit on Halloween weekends and enjoy all of the fun things planned for the families. The only drawback every year is the staff. The front desk staff is fine but the guys on the golf carts are rude, condescending, and never friendly.

For $90 per night, I expected more. Dirty and OLD showers with antiquated faucets and shower heads. Unsafe shower and bathroom facility with doors propped open on both ends. Minuscule sites with barely enough room for the awning to open before it hit the rig next to us. We were parked directly next to the rig on the end of a row. The entire rest of the row was empty for the duration of our stay. Why couldn’t we have one in the middle of the row or at least one site away from the only other camper in the row? And there was a really bright light at the end of the row that shone into our camper at night. The kids on motorized scooters and bikes were traveling at dangerous speeds, putting walkers in peril. We never saw any employees outside the office.

I am very disappointed. I was on site 142 which is a pull thru site. The water and electric were on the passenger side of the trailer, about half way up the distance of the site. The sewer was on the driver side, close to the road. There was a tree so close that I had to pull way up the site in order to open my slide out. This position put my stairs right at the water and electric posts. I had my 88 yr old mother with me that uses a cane, I was so fearful that she would fall in the obstacle course. Of course booking the site doesn't tell any of this information. My sisters and their husbands came from our of town to see our mother and they were each charged $10.00 to get in. This is ridiculously outrageous. They sat at my campsite and talked. They did not use the pool or any amenities. What a rip off.

Great campground! Sites were spacious and most had a tree or two for shade. There were tons of fun activities scheduled for the kids throughout the weekend and they had a blast with the characters. The indoor and outdoor pools were a great bonus.

My family and I were spending the week traveling across lower Peninsula in Michigan and happened upon Jellystone and Frankenmuth as a place to stay for a couple of nights. This place was so great. We ended up extending our stay by another evening and canceling at one of the other locations just so we could spend more time. Staff here, super friendly, place is not huge but there’s a lot to do for the kiddos. A great place to stroll in the mornings, nice campfires in the evenings. And so much to do in Frankenmuth. We can’t wait to come back again!
