I had a very good experience staying at Franklin County RV park. The park is well maintained, quiet, and attractive - nestled among athletic fields with good walking paths . The on-site shower and laundry rooms are well functioning and clean. Susan in the office is professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. It is now my go-to RV park in the tri-cities area.

I found this RV park to be clean and conveniently located to grocery stores, coffee shops and all necessary amenities. I also enjoyed walking my dogs at the nearby baseball fields. The park manager, Susan, went above and beyond to help me. A pleasant stay.

Franklin County RV Park is in a great location to access bike trails, parks and any areas within the Tri Cities. As it is within the Hapo Center, you have access to ice hockey, minor league baseball and large fields for walking and dog exercise. The bathrooms and laundry are kept extremely clean. The sites are roomy, level and have trees for shade. What is best about this RV park is the management. Sue sincerely cares about her campers and gives a caring welcome when you arrive. She even offered us a site with more shade because we hit a hot spell and were worried about our dog. We highly recommend Franklin RV Park.

Absolutely wonderful RV spot with concrete pads, lots of trees and grass. Restrooms were well maintained and clean. Staff very friendly. Superb location next to the convention center. Close to restaurants. It was also quiet. Definitely plan on staying there again.
