Cut my foot on broken glass by the fire pit (wearing flip flops). Beer cans in the fire pit. Aside from the obvious issue of litter, because people don't know how to take care of places anymore, this was by far the NOISEST camp ground I have ever stayed. There was a huge cornhole tournament that was going on. There was no notice anywhere when we booked or when we got there. There was partying until 1 or 2 am with blaring music the first night. Our neighbor was watching TV outside and with sites not more than 15 ft space between, I could heat every word. No one abiding by or enforcing the 10pm quite time. There was a loud speaker announcing the corn hole tournament for the entire next day as well as music through a speaker system. I couldn't take it any more and we left. The fishing and scenery is nice, but this was one of the worst camping experiences I have has.

Loving it so far. Could use better camp sites that are not reserved only though.

Fire pits are in awkward spots.. some sites much better than others. Make reservations if possible. We stayed in spot 54, had great shade and was near a swing set for the kids, and wasn't too far from a bathroom with showers, there were 2 parking areas very near by, we had someone else's vehicle basically parked right in our camp site. Overall it was beautiful and worth the trip to see a new set of lakes in Nebraska.
