I used to like this place, they HAD great amenities. But instead of trying to solve there problems they decided to take away the problems completely. Meaning people living or even visiting this park now have no access to the bathrooms or showers. And before they took it away completely they completely took away the hot water. They have a laundry room that doesn't work because only one machine works. They make us pay high rent but take away amenities.... Stay far away from this damn hell hole!!!!

Stayed here 2.5 months while working in the area. Manager was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to stay in 1 of the "overnight" spaces, making it easier to get our 40ft 5th wheel in and out of the park. Only downside was being next to the road but we got used to the traffic noise. Now the barking dogs across the street was something else, for hours and hours, in the middle of the night. We were warned though! Lol. We had a few violent downpours of rain that flooded our site, need some gravel or a drain or something. Laundry was clean and reasonably priced, old machines and a few out of order the entire time we were there. Garbage dumpsters in the very back were slightly inconvenient. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and we would stay again.

This place is child friendly, and pet safe, the park is well maintained and the staff is very nice I highly recommend this place for travelers and people who need long term residents. Although they did take the vending machine away and when they where there they didn't work. The pool isn't heated but is nice and clean. And the laundry machines only use cold water.

Very nice well kept RV park. Very nice caretaker who checked us in. Very clean and spacious showers. Swimming pool looked inviting but we didn’t use it. Would stay there again.

We stayed here in our RV for one night while we were travelling on to Yosemite. It was great, all the facilities were clean and we did some laundry too. The manager Joanne was so kind and helpful as I had to email to book, then on arrival she helped us get sorted and even kindly leant us some detergent :) Would stay here again if we were back in Fresno.
