Great place. Staff was amazing. Super accommodating, FRIENDLY, and helpful. Place was well kept, clean. Off the highway with a few store near. Wooded, so great feel. Good view of Mt Shasta. Would highly recommend. Very relaxed, friendly staff which I don’t always find. Would definitely stay here again.

We didn't have a reservation but stopped due to high winds. Staff were wonderful. Lots of trees a decent shower close to food and stores. Big spaces.

This park would be beautiful in the summer. So many trees and natural landscape. Very convenient from the freeway. I can't imagine where the friendly part comes from, we never saw any employees during our stay, not one. Weird! I tried to use the laundry several times, both doors were always locked. Our site was level, full hook up, looks like the protective rockery.around the hookups was maybe run over, or pulled apart for some reason. Huge rocks were definitely in the way while we tried to hook up, and disconnect. The sewer pipe was filled with dirt, my husband had to dig it out to use it. I'd go back, but a few things were odd....not friendly.

My husband and I were stopped by a winter storm and I5 was shut down. We contacted Friendly’s RV park and my husband talked to Layla. She made sure there was a place for us to park, even came and helped shovel our way out of the gas station we were parked in. When we arrived at the RV park she helped get us hooked up and made sure we were all good. Layla was absolutely amazing!! We can’t thank her enough for all she did for us.

Wonderful little campground. Some have issue with "tandem" parking but it didn't seem to be a problem with us. The staff was very friendly and professional. The grounds are well kept. There are several sites that have shade but ours did not, but that's ok. I would stop back in, if in the area again. FYI... if you need any welding done, contact Jesse Ramirez Welding, in Mt. Shasta. They are very professional and get the job done correctly and in a timely manner.

We love the Friendly Campground. Its is said that the campground is located on a Ley line, if you are into that sort of thing. It's pretty basic, with laundry room and not much else. Quiet and well priced. We will stop in again if we are in the area.

Really enjoyed my stay here (in 2018). Came up to visit for a mini vacation because Mt. Shasta is just one of my favorite quick getaways. It wasn't crowded but I found the spot pretty easy to park my 35' fifth wheel by myself. People at the desk and parked around me were kind and friendly and the view was very pretty. Loved every minute. I'd definitely recommend this place and would go back in a heartbeat.

Very strange sites, pull through they gave us hookups we’re in front. We were told to unhook and park the truck in the back. That is not a pull through. Very rude staff ask for another site got lots of attitude and she told us we do not need to come back. No problem no intentions of returning and would not recommend this campground. As a follow up I do not advice posting your review until after you leave. I did not and got a knock on or trailer to tell us she saw our shi!!!! Review and we could leave now. We said we paid and and we were not doing anything wrong. At this point she said she was going to call the police. Really because she did not like my review. To be fair all this is based on a comment about what constitutes a pull through. Overall a good campground maybe a new name is in order.

They sure live up to their name! Super friendly and kind. The owner (?) saw our dog and offered up an awesome spot with a bit more room than the other sites. They have a dog area with a bag dispenser, which is an awesome bonus. We loved being surrounded by beautiful trees!

Beautifully maintained grounds. Quiet and clean. Nice dog area. WiFi bandwidth was not quite strong enough.
